I had a problem with my 10 year old Jaguar. The Jaguar was booked a month ahead, and told me they would charge me £400 just to do a “diagnostic”. A friend recommended Electrum. Rob picked up the phone on the first ring, and said to bring it in. The following day it was fixed and at a most reasonable cost. These guys are the best of the best. Highly recommended.

Last year, I engaged Electrum Electrical for a significant project in our home. They completed a comprehensive electrical rewire and installed air conditioning units in every room. To be honest, it was a considerable investment at the time, but reflecting on it now, I can confidently say it was entirely worthwhile. The comfort it provides exceeds my expectations.

This year, Electrum Electrical came back to service the air conditioning system and requested my feedback on its benefits.

One of the main advantages is the capability to heat individual rooms as required—without needing to activate the central boiler. The system heats up rapidly and consumes very little electricity compared to using the central boiler. On hot days, it cools the rooms perfectly, enabling us to sleep comfortably without sweating or waking up fatigued.

The air conditioning units operate quietly, and I particularly appreciate the smart feature that allows me to control everything from my phone. I can switch the units on before arriving home, ensuring that the rooms are already at the ideal temperature when I get home.

Previously, I believed air conditioning was solely for cooling—but now I primarily use it for heating. It’s an excellent solution for all year round. They did a beautiful, professional job. I’m very pleased with the outcome and would happily recommend Electrum Electrical to anyone needing electrical or air conditioning services.

The 3 people that came to our house to do the electric was one of the friendliest people I’ve met they have done a perfect job to our electric cleaned up after they made a little mess and are quite funny everything is perfect definitely would recommend them

Vas was an excellent recommendation from a friend. He has undertaken various electrical tasks in my home and not once have I had the need to complain! He took great care and pride changing my gas hob to a new electrical hob. He ensured his work is complete to perfection. One factor about Vasile is that he is honest and does not corners - he doubled, tripled checked to see with various equipment and machinery to ensure the gas pipe is completely cut off, allowing myself and himself to have a piece of mind. He also was flexible and was able to use alternative strategy as the job was not as easy as we thought it would be but it showed Vasile can adapt strategically.
