Absolutely disgusted in this company . Landlord's us these companies because they are just as bad . Example buy electric from payment, pay by phone , Opayo by Elavon or PayPal get charged and fee so £20.00 won't give you that amount it'll give you say £17.00 after they take their fee . Also checkout the charge per kw (that'll interest you) . Once again the poor hardworking people are punished by a multi international company using outside customer service assistants. Disgusting how you get away it .

Seems like im been ripped off with service charge that I knew nothing about moved into a new place, no help nothing from them. Meter must be on really high tariff, and they wouldn't check, wouldn't sort me a card, doing it online and electric being eaten. Been on phone numerous times,with no help
