The items arrived incorrect and broken. I did purchase two discounted open items in addition to multiple NEW however “discounted items” description did not entail the item being 1. Broken 2. Package sticky with substance and granules stuck to it 3. Missing items

Our entire experience with the purchase of our refrigerator from Electronic Express was and has been amazing! Every person, actual human people, was extremely helpful and super nice. I had had major surgery and a couple weeks into recovery our fridge went out. We picked one we thought would be perfect (and it is). We checked with Lowe's and they were anything but helpful or nice. They weren't going to be able to deliver it for over three weeks and didn't even try. It dawned on us that Electronic Express has large appliances and we've always had a good experience, so went to their site, even called before I hit place order to check on delivery timing. This was on Friday evening and they said they could have it here on Monday! The price was better, the people were better and the delivery went very well. We got reminders of delivery, got word on Sunday of the three hour delivery window, got followup calls and emails making sure everything is ok and thanking us for our purchase. This will be our first go to from now on! Very nice to see this kind of customer service these days!

At checkout,my debit card was charged, later they decided they don't like it (because it's from overseas) , although it works perfectly fine anywhere else.
My $1300 is still on hold a week later despite their promises, very negative experience.

Super inventory at magnificent prices. Customer service is always pleasant. Placing an order and checkout is easy and painless. Shipment of items is as advertised..”fast”. I live outside of the delivery area so I have a few days more to wait fur actual delivery of items.. but their freight handlers do have a nice website to allow you to follow the movements of items. The freight handling company Ceva Logistics is nice and ready to help with issues as well.
