Please, Advise
I did received the TCL tv but without a power cord. so I cannot set up tv until i can get the power cord.
Can you sent the power cord to address as follows:

Product never came.

Don’t ask me if I checked with ABC. I understand how this works. Item was returned 3/23. Waiting on refund.

Delivery date was correct and it was quick

The prices are reasonable, but when I chose to purchase the dryer online, it stated that the item is in stock at the store. After completing the order, I received an email days later that the item had to come from a different location, which delayed scheduling delivery to my home. This was inconvenient because a week after purchase, still no one has called to schedule delivery.

Delivery was quick and product was just what I expected.

Trash site, if you have to receive a phone call to confirm your order let it be know. Massive inconvenience and they didnt even ship after week of doing run around with customer service.

I used my synchrony account to make my purchase. This used my synchrony address for shipping and even though my synchrony account has my apartment number on it, electronic express did not include it on my package. UPS deemed it undeliverable. Electronic express told me there was nothing I could do and had to wait for it to be returned for a refund. The refund could take 5 days and then I can try and purchase again. Customer service did not give me a solution about making sure my address from synchrony would be correctly put on the next package when I re purchase. There was nothing apology or explanation of how this mistake occurred. This was a $2000+ order and it may now be more than two weeks before I actually get my order and that’s contingent on the address issue being resolved.

Walked in, we were greated by a gentleman with a smile, letting us know he was there to assist us. I told him exactly what I wanted in a washer. One that filled the tub up with wash & rinse water, & no lid lock. About 35 minutes later we walked out of Electronic Express with a 2 day delivery date of the best washer I have ever had in my life. Thank you Electronic Express for no pressure sales pitch, or trying to sell me something I didn’t want. We had a great sales experience, a fabulous delivery with two of the nicest delivery guys that used an appliance buddy to put & set up the washer without dragging it across the floor. I love this Speed Queen Washer, it is worth every penny spent. I highly recommend a Speed Queen & highly recommend Electronic Express Chattanooga!!

Delivery, set up. Received exactly what I ordered!

The delivery person was very nice and helpful - did a good job. Our only concern was the delivery window was from 8 am to 9 pm (13 hours) and no communication from CEVA Logistics who did the delivery. I would recommend and order from Electronic Express again.

I ordered online but the washer was super small what made the experience was good was when we went to the Cleveland location in the gentleman helped us figure out which one was actually right for us

This place is ridiculous. I ordered a Traeger Flatrock grill from them. Got it for $760 before taxes. All good. Next day I get a message saying they canceled it due to my credit card declining the charge. It's a $25k credit card with no balance. And I've used it to spend over 2k with your business before. After an hour and talking to 6 people I get told "your card will not longer work at Electronic Express as it's been blacklisted" After 1 attempt? TF? So I try a new card and guess what...same thing. Both AMEX and Capitol One cards are now deemed as "unsafe" by their merchant. Their customer service department as a business is awful. It's like they're trained to be pissy and hate their jobs. Oh and except buying online there is no way to get the original $760 purchase price. I was told by Mr. Sassy Tude at the Oak Ridge store that it was "not possible for him to give the online price". Went to Home Depot. Used the same card. They price matched. Still have never heard back from the fraud department who i was told to call. Left a voicemail and it's been 5 days with no response. Your customer service and online need work. I wont be shopping at Electronic Express again.
