Was a bit wary ordering off this website because not heard of it before and my vape device was very cheap. Checked the reviews on here and gave it a go. Glad I did. Good dispatch and delivery time, great prices and good quality. Will use again. Thank you 😊

Bought a vape from here that is faulty, BE WARNED, they do not refund you they just send you the product back and say it was "tested" and working. Bad practice, illegal. I shall be complaining to ombudsman as this is a scam company. I have lost my money, lesson learned, disgusting company conduct. No actual contact either, just emails.

First order, fast delivery, one of the cheapest online vape sites I have found. Will be ordering again when I need something.

Had a problem with my delivery. Package failed to arrive. ET were quick to respond and resolved issue politely and efficiently. A Tracking number when item dispatched would be helpful.

Had an order from this company, up till now everything has been fine , but this order two of the vape kits would not keep their charge . Very disappointed with their customer service. Almost impossible to contact them and even more difficult to respond .

I ordered edge liquid and all is fake , all bottles was opened, labeling is fake . Not recommended to order from this website. Selling fake products.

I have been using electronic tobacconist for years now. I can highly recommend them. So much choice. Its mind boggling.
I have today used the email customer service, which is really quick. Same day response. The people are just really helpful, kind and friendly and do their utmost to help out sort anything out and also to explain problems/ queries. Never condescending or make you feel stupid.

Genuinely love this company. I always get the 6 for £10 on the nic salts which they offer a good selection on. They offer 1st class delivery dispatched same day which I think is fantastic. If I’m running low and place an order the chances are it’s arriving next day so no having to get inferior products at the supermarket to keep me going until then. Started buying from them sometime last year, orders have always been correct and delivered quickly and the review system on their site lets you actually get an idea of the flavours of liquid from other people so you don't just have one opinion on it. Really helpful feature where flavour is concerned imo!

Just ordered a bunch of new no-nic liquids from them for a new mod to mix on the RDA, and at 6 x 10ml bottles for £10, I'm more than happy!
