Once in a while you come across a company that knows how to deliver the perfect service. ETUK are certainly included in that category. Reasonable prices (and deals) and the fastest and most consistent delivery I've ever experienced. Can't fault them in the slightest.

This company deserves awards for firstly customer service, I had a reply within 12 hours, after a little proving it was delivered it the wrong address. Not only did they dispatch my order again BUT let me change some flavours around due to me mistakingly adding the wrong ones. I give this company a 10/10 10 star 1st class rating. VERY VERY impressed.

I find the service from this company excellent. Orders are free, dispatched quickly and received very rapidly. Any issues which I have had with products were sorted immediately. I would highly recommend using this company

So I placed my order with a newsletter promo code and all seemed well. I live off-shore so VAT isn't applicable but it makes it difficult to work out what actually should be paid. Anyway, I've tried to place the same order and I get a different price. I press re-order and a different price again! I asked about this anomaly and was fobbed off. The code didn't even seem to take 10% off. Very confusing.

I upgraded my review after further pressing them on the issue. I eventually got a satisfactory response and a credit for the inconvenience.

I have used this company for years the service was usually very good. However my last order did not arrive when I contacted the company they sent a picture of its supposed delivery which was clearly not the reception of my building. They have since resolved the issue and hopefully will receive the replacement order shortly.

Didn't realise that it was Bank Holiday on Monday.Ordered my vape juice Friday 4.30pm and it was dispatched by 5pm and I received them Saturday morning 9am.Thats what I call excellent service.Cannot fault the company.Well done

Ok, so prompt delivery however the liquid I bought had a strange taste to it. I emailed the company and they responded quickly. However I bought this liquid as a treat for myself for this weekend, it’s a premium liquid zues Zy4 , so quite disappointed that it tasted strange. To be fair they offered me a refund but I just can’t be bothered with the faff of sending back etc. All in all not a bad company to deal with and were willing to refund but wouldn’t buy from them again as don’t want to be disappointed again with the liquid not being up to scratch

Ordered at 3.30pm on a Thursday and received my order next day Friday at 12 midday. How can I fault such good service. Thank you ET.

I have made several orders from this company and all have arrived the next day. The customer service is excellent. I bought a starter kit that didn't work, l contacted them via email and received a very quick reply. A replacement unit was posted out the same day and a free returns label for the faulty one. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone.

What a amazing service I encounted from this company. The products I required where all in stock an cheaper than other on line stores. All items were received the next day. Well packaged. One piece of equipment was faulty, I contacted them, sent it back an they sent a new one straight away. Wow just wow! The customer service team were amazing an kept me informed at every stage via email, with quick prompt replies. Really impressed. You got a new regular shopper. Thank you

Just find out that not just me bought a faulty device from this company!! Don't believe the good reviews that you read on their website - nothing is true! No wonder that they don't have a land line to accept phone call!
Basically I bought a refurbished IQOS 3 device and it can not be charged or used at all.
This company is doing this for a living, stay away from them.
