Great site with a huge choice

Great site with a huge choice. I've made my purchases via this company since finding them on Google.
I had a problem with an order and the customer service was quick and helpful. They resolved the issue quickly, Politely and very quickly.
Very happy and I would recommend buying through their site.

I have been using et since the 1st lock down in 2020 and order juice & pods every month,
The delivery is 2nd to none and the new packaging is in a class of it's own & all the products I've received are awesome, l recommend ET to all my friends and family who vape, it is an excellent company to do business with, l only hope the guys and girls who work there read this to show how much l appreciate all there hard work and customer service 😀

The Vaping Experts Aligned With Top Drawer Service

I'd never had need to use their help service before. Although by email the replies were measured in minutes. Really helpful, knowledgeable and patient. They went the extra mile and resolved my issue completely.

I've used them for years and the ordering is quick and easy. Goods always received next working day.

If you vape, this is the supplier to use without a shadow of a doubt.

Excellent shop for all things Vape

Have been buying from this website for years, always top notch products and delivery times. I've only had 1 interaction with customer service and it was a breeze, all taken care of over email. Would love to see some sort of subscription service be made available, but re-ordering is so simple it's not strictly necessary.

If you're a pensioner, with no passport or driving licence, forget this company. You'll never manage to verify your age. I have a credit card for goodness sake.

Always amazed by by prompt delivery…

Always amazed by by prompt delivery when placing orders even after 4pm it always arrives next day delivery. I've been a constant return customer now for 6 years for my vape juice, my husband is also now a return customer. I wouldn't shop anywhere else, good value for money and excellent customer service 👌

Sorted with a A+ Service!

I had a rocky start with my order due to issues with the delivery company, which was quite frustrating. However, the situation quickly turned around thanks to the company's fast action and fantastic customer service. They resolved the problem efficiently, and when the product finally arrived, it was in great condition with beautiful packaging. Despite the initial hiccup, I'm very pleased with the overall experience and will definitely order from them again!

Have been buying here for years

Have been buying here for years. Good company to deal with, decent selection. Delivery used to be quick but last few orders have taken ages to arrive despite offering Royal Mail 24. Have had to source elsewhere inbetween delivery which isn't ideal.

Dreadful customer service experience…

EDIT:
The reply from ET UK implies that I was at fault and there was ‘miscommunication’; certainly no miscommunication on my behalf, instead there was misunderstanding on your behalf and my device was indeed disposed of as a result of a faulty clearomizer which was only identified as faulty after I attempted to use it on a new device and realised that it didn’t work. If I hadn’t have received a faulty clearomizer in the first place then the whole situation wouldn’t have happened. I’m left out of pocket due to you selling me a faulty clearomizer. Hence why I contacted you and explained the order of events in detail but sadly you didn’t ‘want’ to understand my communication. I repeatedly explained in numerous emails to you the order of events, so using the word ‘miscommunication’ is just a get out clause that you are hiding behind to not admit any fault. Rubbish customer service, rubbish customer care and rubbish reply to my review. Customers beware that if something goes wrong, they do not like to admit fault and make it as difficult as possible for you, hoping you’ll give up.

Dreadful customer service experience from what I have always believed to be a five star business. As stated in my numerous emails to you: customers only find out how good a business is when something goes wrong. And it certainly did with my last order from you.
Yes I got a replacement e-liquid and a nominal credit on my account as a ‘gesture of goodwill’ but that didn’t go far enough to compensate for the hassle and stress caused. Poor customer service and definitely not what I was expecting. Really disappointed with the outcome.

I have been using this company Terrible customer service for the…

I have been using this company for the past year. Never had a problem in fact they are very cheap and very quick postage. However after receiving 3 broken vapes in a few months, the company are not prepared to exchange or refund me unless they get the broken device tested. PEOPLE BE AWARE OF THE EVER CHANGING POLICIES AND RETURNS.

As a gesture of goodwill, we replaced your kit on two separate occasions, waiving the usual requirement to return the device first. However, given that this is now the third report of an issue with the same device, we kindly request that you return the kit for further testing. As part of our standard process, all defective products must undergo testing, and we have not made any changes to our returns policies. While we initially accommodated replacements outside of our standard policy, the repeated issues now require us to adhere strictly to our Returns Policy.
