Tried to place an order but it was fortunately blocked by a failed gateway. Did a search on this company only to find it is a rip-off/scam site. Where's the Feds on sites like this?

scammy place. purchased some gearwrench flex head wrenches and i got charged by a company called morningsave. i contacted them directly and they told me to open a dispute with my bank. so Do yourself a favor. Avoid this place don't even waste your time. ELC do yourself a favor and Delete your page and get bent!

Go to the address on google maps IT is NOT elc hardware.

No contact whatsoever with this company after placing the order. When I checked my credit card statement, it said English Elm so I contacted English Elm and they don't sell blenders. They are not related to this company and the phone number on my statement goes nowhere. I had to get my money back through my credit card company! Avoid at all costs!

Same as others. They took my money but no order confirmation, no product delivered, no communication at all. Wrote two emails to them with no response. Getting money back from my credit card company. Avoid this site!

ELCHARDWARE.com is a scam, collecting your money and advertise fake pricing to entice you to order and collect your money. Their physical address does not belong to them, and their phone will ring overseas. Do fall into their scam..

Scam site. No confirmation no real phone number no reply to e mails no follow up no product not a real business. Payment goes to out of state third party. Not affiliated with Ace hardware. My bank is now involved. Scammers. Reporting them the Va AG office.

Do not get taken advantage of.

On the government’s fraud site

Scam site. No confirmation email, no response to contact. Dead phone number, invalid email, fraudulent address and payment went to someone in a different state.

Wanted to give a zero rating!! Order a Crusinant SnowCone Machine from what tone Ace Hardware. Other stores were out! After paying it went to ELCHARDWARE!!! Wait a minute!!! I ordered from Ace!! How did after payment it comes up under another name!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER!! They will get theirs😂😂😂🙏🙏🙏!!! Never received my product I ordered!!!!

SCAM, stay away. No real product. Luckily I only spent $52.77 on a Ryobi drill kit and now I have to get my bank involved.

Same as everybody else- phone disconnects, email won't go through

My experience was same. Purchased an impact drill, even read the about us page, the shipping information and everything I could find on their website. Placed my order and then never received a confirmation email, and realized I'd not seen anything about shipping. Checked my card and it had been charged. Today I called Chase and disputed the charge after seeing the posts here and in other places. This was after trying to call and getting a busy signal every time. I also cancelled my credit card just to be safe so Chase is sending a new one. I guess if the price is too good to be true...

Ordered a tool and never received a confirmation email with the order number. Tried calling and the number is constantly busy, tried emailing and it won’t go through. The funds were deducted so I am now trying to get my money back. Do not use ELC Hardware.

I ordered a DeWalt Gyroscopic screwdriver from ELC and never received a confirmation email (email wasn't requested at the order screen). After realizing that a confirmation wasn't sent I attempted to call but realized that the phone was disconnected and wasn't available. Additionally, I looked up the physical address on file and realized that it belonged to a different company (Gilchrist Building Supplies) in Bell, Florida. This is a Fraudulent company, Do Not Purchase or do business with them...it's a scam!!!!
