Thank you for your feedback. It is very important for us, as we really care about every customer.
Order was created on 2024-09-15 evening, we shipped order next day morning and with chosen economy POST services it was delivered on 2024-09-27. The 11 days delivery for economy post to Ireland is one of the best delivery times from our experience (normally it takes 2-4 weeks). Maybe delivery time was mixed with order from other seller? We have contacted customer directly, but did not get any response.
For fast (2-3 days) deliveries we offer Express shipping service at checkout also.

Thank you for your feedback about our services - appreciate a lot. We care about every customer and try to fix everything what is in our hands.
We doublechecked prices and want to make sure that all prices are shown at our eshop is with standard 21% VAT, when customers registers, system automatically recalculates prices with customers shipping country VAT in your case 24%. It is the EU law and we need to align with the law.
In case customers register shipping address outside EU, VAT is removed from prices, but customer needs to pay import taxes himself at his country. For EU countries by EU law, we collect VAT and pay to customers country tax institutions. Like in your case we collected 24% Finland tax rate and it will ve transfered to Finland tax collector.
We really want to make happy every customer, but sometimes not everything is in our hands - we need to align with the law.
