Terrible experience receiving expired products
They even sell expired food products, that too ready to eat foods even after 6-8 months of their expiry date!! That can be so poisonous and can create food poisoning and detrimental if consumed. Had a bad experience when brought this to their notice, instead of acknowledging the blunder they still try to convince themselves ! Also you are asked to pay your own delivery charges and send back. Never gonna buy with them again, there are several others in the market.

There’s a clear difference between Best Before, Use By and Expiry date; and there’s a EU directive on this subject. In this case, the products in concern are with Best Before Date, which per EU guidelines generally remain safe if packaging is intact and if the product doesn’t have any off-taste or smell.
Best before date information on our website is provided very transparently and clearly at multiple places throughout the ordering process, so that a customer can make a conscious decision while purchasing and as well cancel any items until the order is shipped. In this case, you have purchased the products from stock clearance sale section, where the best before date information is mentioned both in the product name and the description and as well that the products are covered with 7 days return warranty.
We have twice offered you return and refund, along with all the relevant information and that as well the EU guidance on this topic. However, per our return policy, return shipment charges are on the customer.

For many years, always a good source for fresh Alphonso mangoes. Unfortunately quick out of stock and luckily again soon available too, in the season, so hurry up and order when in stock again

Timely delivery
Ekirana has a very good delivery system. I order from Belgium and the package always reaches me within 2-3days and there has never been any issue with wrong delivery or so. They also have quite a variety of Indian grocery products to choose from.
