I made an order today
The order was not dispatched
And now it’s saying the has suspected fraud
But the money was debited from my account
Why? And how?
Please solve this

The Return policy is a little inconvenient but I was helped with getting my order switched to the right size before it was shipped. One thing I’d say is it takes a while to get a shipping # email I’ve been waiting on mine for about a month now. Not bad customer service but if you need something in a hurry maybe try something else but I would recommend the site

My daughter ordered next day delivery on 3.5.22 before 10pm . Had the confirmation order e mail but NOTHING since. Impossible to contact anybody . DO NOT ORDER from this co .

USA CUSTOMERS , DO NOT BUY from this store . Yes the shoes are cute but there are other sites that sell the same thing without a ridiculous return shipping fee. I bought a pair of shoes for 40$ and they were too big so I wanted to return them , however EGO wanted me to pay 29$ for them to be sent back lol, just so they can re sell them full price . There’s public desire , simmi shoes , PLT , just anywhere else is better than this place .

I placed my order on Monday and it stated 2-4 working days so I expected it to be here by Friday. I still as of this afternoon hadn’t received a dispatch email so I was slightly worried it wouldn’t be here within them timescales. I then started reviewing online and there was some reviews with delays due to Black Friday orders where some people had waited 2 weeks so I did start to stress about them not being here on time however they were still within the timescales of delivery. I then emailed there customer service desk who replied to me in an hour where they, as a good will gesture, even though they hadn’t caused any delay to my parcel, had upgraded my parcel shipping to express and advised they would send it out as soon as possible. I then have received an email about half an hour ago advising it has now been dispatched so I am very happy overall with the service team and it goes to show that you shouldn’t be put off by a couple of delayed reviews!

Ordered from this site 4 weeks ago, never received a dispatch email.
Emailed Customer service and been back and forth the past 4 week, when I asked why i didn’t receive a dispatch email or why my tracking number dosent work I don’t get an email back.
I also emailed for a refund and no email back.

Really poor customer service.
Staffs name is jade and Melissa who stopped emailing me.

Ordered 2 pairs, one was really nice the other you could see the glue at the front of the boot

Excellent customer service. Wrong shoes were delivered which I appreciate these things happen. Contacted customer services and they responded immediately and resolved the issue very quickly. They were professional and polite.

I ordered shoes from EGO to Spain. It is the 3rd order I have made. Money was demanded at the door for this order. I did not have it so I rejected the order. I now wait for my complete refund. I was not informed about this extra payment. Obvious I warn everybody not to order from this company if you are not in UK. I wait to see how attentive the customer service is as others say it is not so good.

Absolutely brilliant service . Fast delivery . Had to contact customer service , who replied quickly . Returned some items and was refunded within 48 hours . Would definitely use again . Great company

Ordered 2 shoes. A week later i had them! No issues. And the heels are so cute and really comfortable. Great service!

These guys refused to deliver my package for over two weeks. Trouble getting intouch with them but finally after me sending Hundreds of Mail they told me half of My products were sold out but they can send what is in the store. Poor service

A stunning pair of strappy heels that look fabulous on, they are true to size, a comfortable roomy but not loose fit. This is my second pair of this style, I already have them in White.

I am over the moon, I ordered the shoes at 8pm I received an email the next day confirming that the shoes have been dispatched and then I received the shoes the day after that, I was amazed at how fast they do delivered to me. I rushed home and opened all 8 box’s, the quality of the shoe is stunning, the way the shoe fits the foot is delicious and the way that each strap sits where it needs to be and in the exact places so the strap does not pinch this is marvellous. I am so in love with all the shoes I have ordered I even order 2 pairs of mules for my mum ready for her Mother’s Day present and I have never been a mule person myself but after seeing these I think I might change my opinion on that... let’s get ordering ❤️
