Dear Eglobal,
I purchased an item from the web page now more than a year ago. I have been in touch with them several times and got the information that my item was in customs and that you were waiting for an answer to proceed. I have lost 400 pound.
BE CAREFUL WHERE YOU BUY.

I am a verified buyer and all my experiences with eglobal had been spotless.Close to 15 random transactions with proofs.Only few delays which were inevitable but explained.At the end they all worth the waiting in the end.
Only the pandemic is not doing any business good at the moment

You need to understand what you doing when you buying from them. This is not a UK company, they just trying to mislead you by adding the UK to their name - actually, it is based in HK. Forget about your consumer rights - they have no idea what they are. Do not believe that they will dispatch your order within 24 hours and then you will receive it within 6-8 working days - not going to happen. Generally, when you order from them you have no idea about what going to happen with your order and when you going to receive it. I ordered on 28 of September and they gave me a tracking number on 30 of September - everything was looking good and that time and I believed they have shipped my order because I been told so. Then funny thing has happened - tracking did not show any progress for the next 8 working days - this is actually when order meant to be with me. I tried contacting them via the web site and email - received no reply. I got worried and raised with PayPal and then a miracle happened - on 9th of October, they sent me a second confirmation that my order was shipped and it is going to take another 6-8 working dates to deliver it. Since I escalated this case to PayPal order arrived on 14th of October, well packed and everything was in good condition and as expected. My advice to the futures buyers - if you can buy from someone else, buy from someone else. Only buy from them if you can pay with PayPal. Credit card payment would be your second option, but it will take significantly longer to recover your money through the credit card company. What else - do not count on their promise that you could return your order - you would have to pay for sending it back to HK, plus they going to charge you a handling fee - yes, you only will find out about that when you will start your refund. Additionally, they promise to refund you after 14 days of order arrival - this should give you an idea when you going to see your money back. Better stay away from this company.

10/10 very happy customer ordered new phone one plus 7T arrived 8working days. I had no problems whatsoever.my brother and nephew have ordered from then also had no bother. Will use them again .

Tracking is useless but took 20 days for my note 20 ultra to arrive to UK... brand new no complaints but might have took longer as I ordered a couple weeks after release

Have bought a few phones cameras and lenses in the past that took much quicker... no complaints really

Another well priced item bought on this website (at a significant discount from the RRP) and arrived safely (albeit slower than I would have liked but got here ok non-the-less). I would recommend this site!

Purchased a new phone from eGlobalcentralUK. Prices very competitive. Delivery was slightly later than expected but well within the 14 days.
Customer service responsive, overall satisfied with outcome.
Will use again.

I ordered a phone on 25th August.
On 2nd September, I received an email saying my phone had been despatched and giving me a tracking number.
So far, so good.
After two weeks, no phone arrived, and the tracking number still only said "despatched".
On 14th September I sent an email enquiring where my phone was.
I got an automated response pretending to be from someone called Markus.
I know this is just a computer generated response, as my daughter got exactly the same response when she made an enquiry.
I sent further emails on 16th and 22nd September, but received no response at all.
On 27th September I opened a case for a refund with PayPal, and this was resolved in my favour on 9th October.
Based on my experience, I absolutely would never use eglobal again, and would advise anyone else not to either.

816 days still no receipt of £600+ order.
I battled and followed up with them everyday and all they could give was a useful generic response saying we are investigating with the courier what happened to the package??

I was still within the agreement to raise a cancellation since the product was taking too long to arrive and I had lost faith in the business as they failed to update me with the progress of my shipment.

Even though I was still within my agreement to raise a cancellation instead of them to process the customers request they decided to take it upon themselves to "investigate" with the courier???!!!

I responded how is that my business??? That's between you and the courier, I want my money back not an investigation with the courier. They have no concern for the customer.

In my opinion they should be banned, no one should buy from them the are fraudulent and unethical. I would not usually write bad reviews but this certainly needs to be here to stop anyone else from experiencing a poor and terrible treatment.

Appalling attitude, response to EMails , ignorance over mobile telephone standards,and worst of all delivery, waited 12 days and still nothing.

This has been my second time ordering. The prices are very competitive. If you are dealing to wait, is totally worth it.
It's been around 3 weeks to get my parcel, but I have been informed at all time. I emailed them because my parcel seemed stuck and they replied to me 24 hours later telling me that would try to contact the delivery company. As soon as they did, my parcel started moving.
Ordered on the 16th of September and received on the 5th of October.

Really gutted that I placed the order for the vacuum robot as it was cheaper and couldn't get it on Amazon shipped to Ireland, and now I'm stuck in the awkward situation of couldn't get through to anyone via their websites, e-mails and I even tried calling their phone in Hong Kong. Really can't be asked to go through one month wait not knowing if the product will arrive, already reported on Paypal, and will need to escalate if not resolved. Total waste of my time and energy for sure!

The biggest criticism is extremely long order processing times (almost 2weeks!) and delivery... another 2 weeks.... Other than that everything is good if you prepare to wait a month. (Order EWECUKB500004526)

I've used eglobalcentral maybe four times now. I'm always nervous ordering from abroad but I have to say I've always been impressed. The prices are excellent, never had a problem with customs etc. delivery has been within the stated timescales and I get tracking to confirm how it's going. I have nothing but praise, it has always worked for me in the UK. I'm hoping to order a new camera body shortly and this is the first place I will look.

Ordered a phone for partner's birthday with plenty of time ahead. Despite them stating that their delivery is 6 days it took THREE WEEKS to get the phone. They ordered from China and then re-send the item to me. Of course I had no present for my partner thanks to this company's lack of professionalism. If I knew this I would have bought the phone elsewhere or even have ordered it directly from China myself and saved some money.

Its looks like I was lucky to got my phone. Shipping time was a month. So not 6-8 days. Maybe 6-8 weeks. So if you have no time to waiting then choose an other seller.

I have bought mobile phone on 21/08/2020 - arrived 22/09/2020. Customer service replying used to in 48 hours. No issues with product - as per description.

Always happy. This is the seventh time I have used eglobal central from uk end Italy. Has been good always! Normally take 8 days too arrive. tracking information in the beginning are not the best. When the package arrived in the local warehouse is run smoothly end whit more information. I love ❣️ eglobal. Thanks 👍

Once again failed by delivery service. Updated on day of purchase to say dispatched and nothing for 2 weeks. Regret using them to save a few pounds

This is the fourth time I have used eglobalcentral. Ordered a phone on the 18th of August and arrived on 11th of September.

Even though the waiting can be worrying for the price you pay is worth it - if you are not in a rush to get a new device.
