The order took so long that I grew concerned that I was being ripped off. It took 2 weeks just to gat a tracking code which only said "shipment is bring prepared" - for a week. Customer service was quick to reply but they could not provide with more information.

To my surprise, the parcel arrived after 3 weeks after I placed my order, and I was actually pleasantly happy: a really cheap (2/3 of the original price), legitimate new OnePlus phone; including a charger, thin screen protector, and a good phone case. The only downside is that the charger is not suitable for the country I live in, but they did include an additional adaptor.

If you're willing to wait, you get great products for a fraction of the price.

Ordered 2 Ipads. One normal, One Pro. One of the Ipads came with a US power cord (nonetheless ordered on a EU site!). This was never mentioned in the sale or on their page. I mentioned that I was not ok for me. Their argument was that their products come from everywhere (?) and therefore they added a converter to a EU plug. I mentioned that I was not ok with that Bulky converter (twice the size of the original plug) and expected a solution from them. Never got an answer.
