I've just spoken to someone on the phone from general enquiries/customer service. Fantastic conversation.
I was having a couple of issues with something/someone else and I became really upset and anxious at the way I was spoken to previously and how it ended.
The guy from this company was brilliant...polite, friendly and very helpful.

Extremely poor quality and even worse customer service! I have tried messaging this company multiple times. I’ve had the XL thumper hutch for less than a year, the hutch itself is of poor quality but the main problem is the thermal cover all the zips have broken because they can’t withhold the cold weather. My 4 year old son could very easily snap the zipper pull tab they are such bad quality! I’m just getting completely ignored

Good price and included the fox proof wire with the coop. Ordered online and delivered within the next day window.
Will be used for 4 silkies in the next few weeks….

Emailed them a week ago , no response . Tried to spend £90 on thier website it went through but also think the payment failed as nothing pending my side . Tried to reach out for support to see if it's actually gone through and nothing , I'll be buying elsewhere

Now that it's finally here the half moon coop is ace. Really well made and easy to put together. The down side is I had to wait nearly 2 weeks for it to arrive as the first one disappeared into the courier black hole! To be fair the customer service at eggshell were good at dealing with the issue.

Plenty of information about the coop as well as more info and options provided. Cant wait for the product to arrive.

Only given 4 stars as not yet put it together, checked everything was there as I always do with flat pack before I start putting together. The quality is good and hope the chicks will like it when I get them in a few weeks time

The coop was easy to put together and really pleased with the quality. Had a slight issue with the extension quality, but customer service was brilliant and quickly rectified this for me. Really happy with the service from eggshell and definitely recommend

Once my delivery arrived, two panels were damaged. I contacted the seller and replacement panels were sent with an apology, no quibbles. Great service. Product is as described; it is really soft wood, so not sure how durable it is. Time will tell. Looks great and fits together well. I had one extra of every screw / nut / bolt, always useful to have spares.

Easy to order and great product. Unfortunately delivery was not great due to the people delivering with date changes with no communication. Eggshell tried to resolve the issues but it took several calls to delivery people from me to resolve which wasn’t very good. I would use eggshell again though.

Great hutch, loved the little touches such as heart shaped latch for the opening of upstairs to downstairs.
Fox proof mesh in black. Great latches to keep our bunnies safe. Made sturdy with amazing weather resistant cover with multiple zips to suit our crazy English weather. Brilliant customer service and fast delivery. Thank you Eggshellonline :)

Bought an XXL hutch. Poor quality wood -wood splitting, and screw holes don’t line up. Not much space at all - not XXL. Metal coated pull out tray has already started rusting after owning for less than a month. Very disappointed. Will never buy from this company again. Certainly not worth just short of £200.
