I don't follow cybersports sites much if its not about betting. egb gives news and lines, you can even open a line with a bet yourself. The only problem is that sometimes it takes a long time for the money to be withdrawn.

Cannot withdraw funds.

I've been trying to withdraw my funds for months now and customer service is not helping nor are they taking this matter urgently. Responses are always few lines long messages that end with the likes of "sorry for the delays", and offer no solutions or a timeline.

Really shame this is the reality, I've been playing on the site for years and even recommended it to some of my friends. I trusted this site enough to have 4 figure balance on their site. That was a mistake.

Edit: Got contact to a new person through this trustpilot complaint --> they offered no solutions and finally started ghosting me. 5 months and my money i still stuck on this site. This site is either a scam or the company is going bankrubt. Either way avoid at all cost.

This is the first site where I have been able to bet on my favorite streamer (or against). Lifechanging experience.

Lol this site is trash. All buggy, mods do not do their jobs. Closing bets 1 hour prior the game itself and takes so fing long to do their job. Live support is usless, they will never help you and just direct you to write an email. When you try to withdrawl it takes them 2 fing weeks to send it to Skrill,insane. Betting odds are so low and trash. The site itself is dead and soon will go bankrupt. Don't use It, save your time, money and energy :D

I tried to withdraw 500$ from my account, its been more than 2 weeks and all they say is "we will forward to financial dept."

I deposit around 500$ and i bet on esports. I won some and trying to withrdrawn my money, they asked for some documents. I sent those documents immediately, they respond me after 36hours( security department need to check my case ) After that they closed my account without any money ( they didnt give my money back aswell ) DON'T PLAY ON THIS WEBSITE!!!!! I found egb be the reviews on gambling websites aggregator and have used it already for two months. The first thing that was notices by me is the amount of the first deposit bonus. I made a deposit $600 and got on balance $1200. It should be notices that the half went on bonus balance but this is actually that sum you can bet or play on casino. The condition of wagering is x40 so it seems to be really lucrative especially to spin slots ;) I spent it for the bets and got about $400 in real money. The second moment is promo events. There are really a lot of cash back or bonuses or even realmoney rewards. The bad thing is the lack of a large number of sports lines, but for esports it is enough. Actually I'm experienced bettor and heard about EGB earlier. But never tried it before. My definition is 4/5 but i will continue use it.

It was 2017 when I signed up for egb.com. I successfully completed the personal identification and used site for a couple of years. Then I went and recently came back. I started to play and make winnings, put cashout and what do you thing happened? Verification request. Well... I've already got about $2000 plus and I was scared about my money and thought egb scammed. I started to write in chat and describe the situation and... OH MY GOSH moderator told me that is just re-identification with the reason of long-time inactivity and verification of the new payment method. So finally I've got all of my money. I was really nervous

The last promotion was great I reached 20th place with only 5 bucks deposit

Withdrawl process is clearly fraudulent!
Takes too much time, fees are insane and clearly tax evasion going on. Got my withdrawl from a account pretending to be an Indian Electrical Company.

It's funny how different some personal experiences can be on different sites and how sometimes those experiences might deviate completely from any review scores about that company. For me EGB.com is the only site I have had to tell my friends to avoid.

This here is my true story on EGB.com:

During spring 2022 I was on an upswing from some other sites. On EGB specifically, I had wasted a few deposits on multiple different promotion, a completely normal part of any type of gambling. Then I finally went and stayed on an upswing during the Olympics and IEM, resulting in a four figure withdrawal. This began an endless series of useless attempts to contact and to be proactive about the whole process with EGB.com. Below is my log of what happened (conversations are abbreviated to get to the point) and what EGB said in response to my queries:

27.02.2022: Cash out requested. I had of course checked their documentation on what the expected time on Skrill withdrawals would be: up to 7 working days - ok, cool!

14.03.2022 Chat on EGB.com:
Me: "What could be the hold up and may I ask you to process it asap? :)"
EGB: "I will pass your request to our administrator and we will contact you in 24 hours through your registration e-mail."

15.03.2022:
EGB: "We are informing that your request has been sent to Finance department. Please, wait for the transfer. Sorry for the delays!"

26.03.2022
"We have to inform that Skrill's cashouts are processed with a high delay. Our Finance specialists are working on this issue. The money should be sent after 2-5 days from now moment.
Sorry for any inconvenience!"

07.04.2022
"We are informing that your request is at the Finance department under process. Please, wait for the transfer. Sorry for the delays!"

13.4.2022
I told them at this point as politely as I could that: "If I see no progress beyond words regarding the cash out within a few days, I will have to start raising issues and disputes wherever I can, including.. ..the Curacao gambling licence authorities."

In this email I had also listed some of their earlier responses to make them see the absurdity of the situation and to avoid another short copy/paste answer. What did they then respond with? Well this:

"We are informing that your request has been sent to Finance department. Please, wait for the transfer. Sorry for the delays!"... So not even a letter changed from their last default copy/paste message from a week earlier.

15.4.2022 After just receiving another copy/paste answer that addressed nothing, I sent a complaint to their licence holder on 15.4.2022.

20.4.2022
I received an email from EGB:
"We’re sorry but your cashout has been denied.
The reason is: Account verification required."

On their mobile app, in the cash out section it said: "Unfortunately cash out of funds has been rejected. Please contact "EGB support email".

When I contacted them they said:
"We would like to inform you that your account is temporarily suspended for payments following a routine security audit. Please send us:
- a color copy (scan or a camera image) of both sides of a valid official identification document (your ID card or driving license), or the personal pages of your passport
- a copy of a document verifying your name and address. This should be a document that confirms your name and address, issued in the past three months."

Both of these documents I had naturally already submitted in the very beginning of the cash out process. The timing of this communication was so convenient that it felt as an attempt to imply a vague legal excuse for all the delays after they received some type of notice about my complaint (sent 5 days earlier) from their licence operator.

In any case I then sent them "for the sake of utmost clarity";

- a photo scan of my passport's personal page
- a photo of me holding the passport
- a photo of me holding the passport together with a note stating "EGB.com" and the date taken from afar and from closer
- a photo of each side of my national identity card
- a photo scan of the first page of my tax return
- a photo of the first and last page of the same tax return
- a .pdf -copy of a utility bill stating my name and address

After 20.04.2022 I waited a couple days longer and then lost all hope and then gambled away most of the money I had wanted to withdraw. For this I am solely responsible.

28.04.2022 magically a message from EGB, 2 months after my initial request and sending documents:

"Sorry for delayed response. Thank you for your cooperation, the verification has been successfully completed."

I still have a small balance and have waited to gather enough energy to review them and then try the site and its withdrawal process again. I will get back to this review if there is any success.

For now, I have to rate EGB.com as untrustworthy for bigger withdrawals together with 1 stars.
