scam,Only allow deposits, withdrawals are prohibited.
you're running a scam, a "pig butchering" scheme, allowing deposits but not withdrawals, then your upstream payment channel providers will be thoroughly investigated; this is a serious crime.
I had one cashout that took longer than…
I had one cashout that took longer than expected and I got nervous ngl. But it did arrive, and after that I've withdrawn again without issues (still not instant tho). So yeah, they pay, just be patient. I'd rather slow payouts than getting ghosted.
Quake markets aren't huge, but they're consistent
For Quake Live, it's not a giant menu of props or anything, but it's consistent. I've checked it on and off for a couple weeks and it's usually there when matches happen. That's more than I can say for basically every other book. If you're into Quake, this is an easy recommend.
cs2 streamer ladder lines are solide
cs2 streamer ladder lines are solide, but you kinda need to know who's who. for me it's great, for my friends it's like"random names". When you are following the streamers it's way more fun.i'd love a bit more coverage on slow days.
RU chat is chaos
RU chat is chaos, EN chat is empty if you are about community, RU chat is the place. It's active and kinda hilarious. EN side is super quiet, like nobody's home. Not a dealbreaker for me, but it's noticeable if you're expecting a "global"vibe.
Cashout/withdraw is taking for ever
Cashout/withdraw is taking for ever, if your a surplus you never get your withdraw done, they are waiting for you to cancel and losing the money.

HS lines feel very RU, kinda awkward for EN users
Hearthstone markets are a bit weird for me. Feels super RU-focused and half the names I don't recognize ar all. Not saying it's bad, just harder to get into if you're not in that scene. Dota/CS2 ladders make way more sence to me personally.
Scammers, stay away
I deposited $100, and my account balance rose to $384. When I tried to withdraw, verification was requested. Then, over 15 days, they requested many different documents, which I submitted without any problems. My account was crypto-verified, address verified, and I provided a video. After 15 days, my account was closed without explanation; it's as if my money was stolen.

payouts can take longer than i'd loke
payouts can take longer than i'd loke. still, i've withdrawn a few times and it did arrive each time. it's more "be patient" than "be worried". i just plan around it now.
Didn't think I'd care about ladder…
Didn't think I'd care about ladder games, but lines on Dota/CS2 streamer matches are fun af. If you follow the personalities, it's actually entertaining. I've been checking it after work and it's a nice break from the same "tier 1 only" stuff. Would love to see more matches on slow days, that's all.
Quake lines are real, didn't expect that
Signed up mostly bc they actually have Quale Live lines lol. I haven't seen that anywhere else in ages. Lines aren't huge and sometimes show up a bit late, but they're legit and updated.
They decided to steal $1000
They decided to give me verification when I requested a withdrawal, but after I successfully passed it, they decided to block my account.
I don't care if they block me, just give me my money back, but they decided not to give it back, so I am writing this complaint here.
As it turns out, this is one of the Russian bookmakers, and they are one of the worst on the planet. If you see that a bookmaker is owned by a Russian, steer clear of it.
My nickname: Ayskon1999
They let you deposit, they let you win, but they won't let you withdraw
I've been using EGB for esports betting and had a decent experience until I started winning consistently. That's when everything changed.
What happened:
Once my balance grew to around $6,000, EGB removed all my standard withdrawal options. No bank transfer, no e-wallet, no crypto — nothing. The only option left is their "P2P" system, which requires another player to deposit so your withdrawal can be matched.
The result:
In the past 3 months, I've managed to withdraw only $200 out of $6,000. At this rate, it would take over 7 years to get my own money out.
Why this is predatory:
- They accept deposits instantly through multiple methods
- They restrict withdrawals specifically for winning players
- Their P2P system gives them plausible deniability ("it's not us, there's just no matching deposits")
Their Curaçao license offers virtually no player protection
What their terms actually say:
Their own Terms and Conditions state you can withdraw "at any time" if you meet their criteria. I've been fully verified, never violated any rules, and received no explanation for why my withdrawal methods were removed. When I asked, I got generic non-answers.
Bottom line:
EGB operates like a casino that's happy to take your money but engineers obstacles when it's time to pay out. If you're a casual player who loses more than they win, you probably won't notice. If you're a winning player, expect to have your funds held indefinitely.
I've filed a formal complaint and will be escalating to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board and gambling watchdog sites. Save yourself the trouble and use a properly licensed book instead.

Worst site ive used.. Pure scam
Worst site ive used. Do yourself a big favor, and find another.
My experience on the site : 2x Money on depost! Yes, ill try this site. So i deposit 200 $. Then apparently you have to play for 5000 $, before you get the 200 extra :D What a scam.
Well, i canceled my bonus, and wanted to withdraw my 200. But no, you also have to play your own money thru 3 times.. Well, i was lucky, so did that and ended with 400 $. Then i wanted to withdraw, but Nooo, you need to send in 4 types of documentation. They glady take your money, but when u want to withdraw, no no.. Well, i send in the asked documents, and it takes weeks to process. And once its finally done, the the withdraw function on the site aint working, for several days..
As i said, dont waste your money on this scam site. Pure scam
