I did my GVC with Eagle Eye Innovations earlier this year and was very happy with the training. Just wanted to write a follow up review as Tim at EEI has also been very helpful with a recent CAA audit. I'm a professional photographer who doesn't have an aviation background, so coming into the world of commercial drone operations has been a new and at times complex experience. Tim has given guidance on what the CAA are looking for and explained what a few things meant which I didn't understand. If you are new to drones and need training and support, Eagle Eye are fantastic.

The curriculum is well-structured, combining theoretical knowledge with hands-on training, which enhances the learning experience. Instructors are experienced and provide valuable insights into drone operation, safety protocols, and industry applications.
Ian Galloway, who led my course at Eagle Eye Innovations, is a true asset to the company. His engaging teaching style made the experience both fun and educational. Ian effectively combined practical skills with valuable insights, ensuring that participants not only learned but also enjoyed the process. I recently completed my A2CofC drone training/qual with Ian at Eagle Eye. The day was well structured and flexible, and Ian was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through all of the information required. They are a great team, I would highly recommend anyone wanting to get drone qualified to use these guys!

A great course run by a very professional company. The instructor was exceptionally knowledgeable, whose style and manner was such that the course material was easily taken on board and then put into practice. Both the theory and practicable elements of the course were enjoyable,with plenty of drone flying time given.

Just finished a 4 day training programme with the Eagleye Team. Fantastic experience throughout the 4 days. They managed to turn 14 novice drone operators into 14 confident operators in a very short space of time!

Just completed a weeks Drone training delivered by Eagle Eye Innovations. The trainers were great, very knowledgeable and professional throughout. I'd highly recommend them to anyone wanting to learn to fly a Drone for business or pleasure.

Just had 4 days of drone training for my role in the police. Very knowledgeable team and made the experience fun along with the learning. I will hopefully look at extending my knowledge with the company.
The team even sampled a local delicacy in the Teesside Parmo.

A comprehensive drone course which was over a week helped me and colleagues become from nothing to trained pilots. Staff were a pleasure to work with.

I cannot speak highly enough of Eagle Eye Innovations Training Academy. I previously trained with them for my general VLOS certificate and was so impressed with their professionalism and knowledge that I decided to continue my training with them for my NVQ level 4. Tim Mitchell, the head of the academy, and Ian Galloway, one of the trainers, were incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. They helped me navigate the complexities of the NVQ level 4, providing guidance and expertise every step of the way. I am confident that without their support, I would not have been able to successfully complete my qualification. I would highly recommend Eagle Eye Innovations Training Academy to anyone looking to further their drone training and education.

I recently completed my A2 CofC qualification with Eagle Eye and I must admit they are the best people to complete this licence with. With people in the organisation who are passionate in what they do, they delivered insightful workshops on drone operation, drone safety, pre-flight planning and meteorology. We also had the chance to gain first hand experience flying drones in the nearby airstrip, practicing manoeuvres instructions taught us to get us out of dangerous scenarios. Overall, I would highly recommend using this organisation if you ever need to go complete any sort of drone training with them.

Just had an amazing day doing the A2CofC drone training course along with two hours of flying training - all with Tim Mitchell (Head of Academy, Eagle Eye Innovations). Absolutely brilliant training all presented in such a professional but truly engaging way such that the day, which was around 8 hours, went so quickly. The flying training was quite superb going from the basics through to the complicated features of my drone and all safety procedures. Luckily I live near their Lincoln base so it was simple to get to, but for my experience today I would have happily travelled from anywhere as nothing beats the 1 to 1 face to face experience. Thank you Tim for a great day which really has taught me so much…!
