Cover people have been a fantastic agency to work with. After a shift back into teaching after a sudden redundancy, Cover people have shown a huge amount of support and care for myself as a candidate. After feeling worried from my negative experience of teaching the team took time to find the right school for me and take care of me every step of the way. I worked for Cover People for 3 years and had Sophie Turner as my recruitment consultant. I was registered with other agencies but would always choose working for Cover People over the other agencies.

Sophie always tried her best to get me into schools that were close and where I could gain significant experience. Any issues or concerns I ever had I only had to drop an email or pick up the phone and if Sophie wasn't in another member of Cover People was always happy to help.
