This worst clothing company i have ever dealth with and I ahev health with plenty. This company objective is created on deceptive and shady business practices, poor customer service, inconsideration for its client/customers, and lies and deception. It's contradicts it own polices and pretend it out for its customers best interest when that couldn't be any further from the truth and they while it's mocking and insulting it's customers. I would never purchase another item from them and will be doing my very best to prevent any from doing the same. If you want cheat poory made inferior quality and cheap knocks products along with terrible customers service and deception then this the company for you. I wish I could rate them a negative 100..

I need an option for 0 stars. This is worst clothing company in the world, I’d rather buy clothes on the side of the road while waiting at a stop light. The Edward Frasier clothes showed up 2 months late and I had to follow up in order for them to actually ship it. Then they were all labeled “Fashion”, so there’s actually no such thing as the Edward Frasier label. The quality was shitty and then I had to argue with them to return the items. They then forced me to pay for the entire return process which cost me $37 and I only paid $62 for the entire order. I also had to send several photos of the entire return process along with tracking numbers to prove it was returned. I’d rather be naked then wear Edward Frasier, it’s a scam and farce.

I ordered quite a few items and yes the sizing is a challenge but I found their customer service to be outstanding. Several items never came and they refunded me every penny. It went directly into my Amex. The items that came and fit we alright the sweaters were the best items.

Please don't waste your money or time. This company is in located out the US. The company does not know US sizes nor do they care. I ordered a 2XL and got a L. The item didn't even have a size located on it. They did send a replacement, because they did not want to refund me my money, but they sent the same exact size they sent the first time. They have no clue what size they are sending to you, they just grab the item and send you any size they want to. They are just in it for the money. I really liked the item I ordered and had 3 different occasions that I could potentially wear it to, but they dropped the ball.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I Ordered a jacket for my husband for Christmas. It did not come on time as it took over 30days to arrive, but the wrong size was sent and the quality was not good. I tried to contacted the company via phone number and line was not working. I sent emails and nothing. The also charged me for two coats. I contacted my credit card company and now because I did I am told there is nothing that can be DONE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Wish I read the reveiws before ordering from Eddie Fraiser. Not only did it take over a month to get to me but the jacket I ordered was not the one I got. When I reached out to the company they asked that I send a picture of the jacket I received. It was cleary the wrong jacket.Their solution to fixing THEIR error was to charge me $50 to ship the jacket back or give me 15% off the jacket I don't want. Unbileivable! Don't shop here!

Do not buy from this company. I purchased an $80 item from this company 01/22/25 and have not received it yet. It’s 02/10/25, they have not given me any tracking info at all. I’ve tried contacting them several times to ask for a refund because they automatically took the money out my account but no product. They stated they can not refund until the item arrives. Please do not buy anything from them, they will take your money and you will never get your items.

I received a letter saying my product would be delayed by 2 weeks. It ended up arriving within a week, but it was 2 sizes too small. I only know this because of the way it fit me, the size tag had been cut out of the garment. Why would they cut the size tag out of my garment? They then wanted me to pay $15 to $20 for shipping to send it back. I gave the jacket to a friend and will never do business with this company again.

Customer service representative was extremely helpful. The issue with my order was resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.

I thought the order was going to be bogus based on the reviews online, however the jacket showed up and it was legit! Definitely not a luxury item however I love the nightfall jacket I ordered , I would recommend the site.

I emailed this company because there is not an address listed on the site. I assumed is was a scam because of the lack of information listed on the page. The person named Anna gave me this address 710 Laurel Ave, San Mateo, CA, United States which is an apartment complex. Always beware of websites such as this one. They are looking to steal your information and take your money.

I have recently purchased an item from Edward Frasier , it was a woman’s outfit. I was extremely happy with this company. They helped me with the size, kept in touch throughout the shipping process and responded to my questions very quickly. The item arrived, I am very happy with the size , design and the quality of the fabric. I will definitely purchase from them again.

The customer support at Edward Fraiser was very accommodating in changing my delivery address. However, when the item shipped, it still showed the original address, which made me worry. . A follow-up confirming that the updated address was successfully applied would be appreciated.

Great product and customer service

I bought a jacket before reading all the reviews saying this site was a scam. I was pretty sure after reading reviews that my jacket was going to be made of trash. The jacket took 2 months to arrive (I ordered it on Black Friday as a Christmas gift). I got it nearly a month after Christmas. To my surprise the jacket looked exactly how it did on the website, and the quality while not outstanding was not terrible by any means. I can’t verify because they ripped the size tag off but I believe they sent me a Large instead of a Medium. I am not super disappointed in my purchase as I like the jacket it just came super late and not in the right size. I would not recommend anyone to buy clothes from here based on other reviews but if you did already - do not expect to be totally ripped off.

If I could give 0 reviews I would! This company is a Scam! Buyer beware! I wished I read more reviews before spending $60 only to walt over one month, get the complete wrong sizes and horrible quality! Only to find out you have to pay $50 back to China to get any refund! Horrible clothing, scam ads and won't give refunds! Oh, sorry they offered 20% of total cost.. So $12 or pay $50 to send back!! Scam.. Scam!!!

Sweater was great quality, but I ordered a small and needed an XS. I contacted customer service and they were very kind and understanding. They replaced the sweater in a new size for free. Highly recommend!
