Absolute Worst. Extremely Poor Customer Experience and Unethical Return Practices

I had a deeply frustrating experience with this company. I received the wrong sizes in my order, and when I contacted customer service to request a return (as outlined in their return policy), I was told to send photos of the clothes on to prove they didn’t fit — which is already a questionable request.

They agreed to send replacements, but when they arrived, they were the exact same sizes as the originals. I followed up again and offered to pay for return shipping, but was told returns wouldn’t be accepted. Instead, they promised a store credit, which I reluctantly accepted.

Two weeks passed with no update, and when I reached out again, I was told no credit would be issued, and was instead offered a 15% discount on a future purchase — essentially expecting me to buy from them again after being repeatedly misled.

This experience has felt like a bait-and-switch from the beginning, and I would strongly caution others against shopping here. I consider this behavior dishonest and unprofessional.

Terrible service-DO NOT BUY!

Terrible service! I ordered two jackets that took over a month to be marked as “delivered” probably because it shipped directly from China. Then I never even received the items! Customer service said they couldn’t do anything since the package was marked as delivered. Do not waste your money with this company! Anna Davis is condescending and unhelpful! What a scam!

Do not shop here

Do not shop here. I’ve ordered 2 shirts and never received them. They sent 2 shirts I did not order and do not want. Then they want me to pay for a return of shirts that I did not order and supply them with a return authorization number so they can track the shirts. This place is an on going nightmare.

Beware of Edward Fraiser - not legit

Edward Fraiser is not legit, it's a scam. They will send you a cheap imitation of what you ordered. They do not honor their Return Policy so you will not receive what was ordered or a refund. It is a rip off!

The photos disarmed me from…

The photos disarmed me from anticipating how horrible the clothing could be. Worst experience possible. Mens medium in pants proportions where all over the range, too short and fat or tall and skinny. How is that possible to have them so different?? The "leather" jacket came and it was plastic. Yes, plastic, with cheap stitching and fragile buttons. They sucked me in with multiple layers of discounts. Don't fall for it.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. The first jacket I ordered has a snap fall off on the first wear, and the replacement they sent me was the wrong size. Now they refuse to send me the right jacket and are refusing a refund.

Their customer service seems to be AI. They respond incredibly quickly at all hours of the day with the same non answer to every email.

I rarely leave reviews, but this company made me so mad.

Awful, deceptive Chinese clothing company

Awful, deceptive clothing company. I should have checked their return policy. The fact that it's not automated is a clear sign that something is fishy. Instead, you have to write someone an email.

Their site says you can return clothing BUT you have to pay the shipping fee. AND they don't say WHERE you'll have to ship to, and that's the kicker.

First, my $40 shirt was received way past the time it said it would arrive. 2nd, it was way (way) bigger than what I ordered. 3rd, the cut was terrible, all loose on one side. This would be un-wearable even if it fit.

Here's what I was offered when I wrote to customer service:

"I’m happy to assist with your return and refund request.
I’m so sorry to hear that the item didn’t fit as expected and that it arrived later than you needed it. 😞 I completely understand how frustrating that must be.

If you're open to it, I'd be happy to send you a replacement in the correct size, free of charge! Let me know if this works for you, and I’ll get it processed right away.

If you'd still prefer to return the item, here are two options for you:

✅ Option 1: Receive a 15% discount on your purchase and keep the item at a reduced price.
✅ Option 2: Return the package to our Chinese warehouse, where we ship our products from. The return shipping cost typically ranges between $40 and $50 per item, depending on your location. As per our return policy, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
I completely understand that return shipping can be costly, which is why we introduced Option 1 as an alternative. Please let me know which option works best for you, and I’ll be happy to assist further! 😊"

This email arrived very late, so this person was clearly writing from overseas.

Do no order from these guys. Your clothes will not be as expected, it will not get there on time, and you will not get your money back.

This is an update from my earlier…

This is an update from my earlier review. They, literally, want a picture of everything, including what you are returning and they are very specific about how you send it. Then they tried to get me to keep the item which I did not want to do. When I returned it, they, also wanted picture of the receipt with the tracking number on it. Anna sends countless emails of how to send it. I see that they accepted the return and signed for it. Now they want the picture of that! They signed for it March 3 and now it is almost a month later and Anna is still requesting a picture of my proof that they accepted the return! Their obsession with pictures of the item all the way to my receiving it (weeks after the order) to its return, and even their own signature accepting it is absolutely insane and, quite frankly, baffling and disturbing. I will be contacting the BBB and my credit card company.

Do not buy…..Poor business practices– Deceptive Service and Questionable Business Practices

I placed two orders in January 2025. When I received them, the sizing was incorrect. I contacted customer service, and they assured me that replacement orders would be taken care of. However, three months later, I am still waiting for my full order to be completed.

One order was received in full, but for the second order, I only received one of three items, despite being told the order had shipped completely. When I reached out to them, they provided no documentation other than claiming the order was complete. I even sent them a picture showing the single item received in its shipping package, proving that three sweaters could not have fit in the bag.

Do not buy.

Wish I had read these reviews before…

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this company. I agree with most of the negative comments and actually felt that their customer service was pretty good. However, they give you three options to return: 1) keep the item and receive a replacement (most likely with another defective product). 2) 15% discount on your entire order (which really doesn’t amount to much and doesn’t cover the cost of what you want to return). 3) Full refund if you pay to send the product back yourself. These options came straight from their AI customer service bot, Anna. Their products are way overpriced, poorly made with substandard materials and not even worth the deeply discounted price they offer. You can get better quality and less expensive clothing at Costco or TJ Maxx. Don’t waste your time, energy and money. Definitely not worth it.

Suspicious site, overpriced

This site is portrayed as a euro clothier. The clothing came from China. Shipping took a couple of weeks (not as bad as some of the reviews I read here). The clothing was on the high side for what you get. Each garment charged shipping and protection 11 USD on top of the price. Even though they were shipped together it was charged on both so that’s 22 dollars for one small package.
The tags were cut out of the garments which is very suspicious. It said on the site this was a 60 dollar wool sweater but I will never know for certain.

In spite of these I give 3 stars because it is a comfortable sweater. The shirt I got was cheap but it fits.

Getting answers and resolutions quickly!

Anna helped me resolve a shipping issue by asking the right questions, getting the right information, and investigating the likely cause. She did this quickly, professionally, and asynchronously which really helped put my mind at ease. I was very impressed with the responsiveness and quick resolution. Thank you!!

Edit on 3/28:

I spoke too soon. The replacement item was processed correctly, but what I received was not the correct item. When I pointed this out and shared a photograph of the incorrect item I was told by Customer Service that she confirmed that the shipping team sent the correct item (despite my photograph showing the wrong item). I reiterated that it wouldn't be possible for me to have sent a photo of the wrong item if they had shipped the correct item and received the following response: "After reviewing your case, I’d like to clarify that the item you received is a similar version of the one ordered. While it may have slight differences, it aligns with the style and specifications listed on our website. I understand this may not be what you were expecting, and I truly apologize for any confusion."

I'm sorry, in what world is it acceptable to just send out any old item so long as it is similar to what was expected? If a recovering alcoholic orders water at a restaurant and you serve them vodka would you say "the drink you received is a similar version of the one ordered. While it may have slight differences, it aligns with the style and specifications listed on our menu, enjoy!" or would you apologize profusely and get the customer the right drink?

Waiting to see how this saga concludes but my rating has been adjusted to accurately reflect the experience thus far.

After several back and forth emails I gave up. This company is not worth my time and if you are reading this then you should know that they aren't worth your time either. I only hope that anyone who is considering purchasing anything will take heed of these reviews.

I can’t say enough about the incredible…

I can’t say enough about the incredible customer service I received from Edward Fraiser! I needed to exchange 3 men’s sweaters for a larger size, and they were incredibly generous and understanding throughout the process. They made the exchange simple and stress-free, showing true dedication to customer satisfaction! The quality of their sweaters is fantastic, and knowing they stand behind their products with such kindness makes me even a bigger fan! I highly recommend them and will definitely be shopping with them again!

Do not buy anything from this site

Do not buy anything from this site! The jacket I purchased was so cheaply made. Crooked seams and poor quality materials. The pictures online are very deceiving. It was 2 months later than expected. It was a christmas gift. It takes forever to receive a response. They can't open attachments in emails and you have to pay for shipping if you need to return.

Dealing with this company is a disaster.
They are deceitful,liars and time wasters.My advice is never never ever buy from this company.Also their customer service led by Anna Davis (if that is her real name) is a liar,hopelessly dishonest and sets the tone of the company Edward Fraiser.

Way too long to receive your purchase. It took so long after I placed the order, I forgot about it and realized I still haven't received it yet. Not worth waiting that long and I STILL HAVEN'T received the order.

A stunning Camerino wool Blazer

Bought this Camerino Wool Blazer, it is stunning. The fabric quality is impressive, and it arrived in great shape. While it might wrinkle a bit in a suitcase, the length is perfect and provides great coverage. I hate to say this but it took a month for my blazer to arrive.
