⚠️ Do not work for Stacey Klinge. Read this first.
I was hired part-time (~25 hours/week) with pay tied to KPIs. The workload became full-time. My total pay over roughly two months was about $200–250 — and that's before what happened with May.
She never paid me for May. She kept using the work I did that month anyway. Let that sit. The work was good enough to keep and use, but not good enough to pay for.
The KPI pay was never explained. When payment did come, it was reduced with no breakdown, and transfer fees I was never told about were deducted on top.
When I asked, simply, when I would be paid, she called me entitled, sassy, and dramatic. Asking about money I had earned was treated as a personality flaw rather than a fair question.
Then she pressured me to sign a document to get paid — one that painted me as lazy and reframed my own earned compensation as her "help and support." Read that again. I was asked to sign away the truth and call my wages a favor.
This isn't only my experience. On LinkedIn, when people publicly ask her to pay them, she blocks them. That's the pattern: take the work, withhold the pay, and shut down anyone who asks.
Advice to anyone considering this: Don't. After everything — the unpaid month, the used work, the hidden fees, the insults for asking, the document designed to rewrite what I was owed — I can only describe how I was treated as unfair and unethical. Get every term, every fee, and every KPI calculation in writing before you lift a finger, and understand that asking a normal question about your pay may get you blocked or belittled rather than answered.
