Prompt, Courteous, Friendly and we saved money too
We wanted to get quite a few 60 cm² foam interlocking tiles / mats in black colour. The availability was poor on all portals. We even checked Amazon and were surprised that while even they didn't have these in stock, these were being sold there for a higher price!
So, we decided to contact Edukit directly. They called us back and gave us the information about when they would have these in stock. When we experienced a minor glitch while ordering, we contacted them again. They resolved the issue and called back to inform us.
The delivery was made promptly. We didn't open the box to check the quantity but found out the next day that only 60% of the order had been sent. We weren't informed of this, so in anxiety we contacted them again. They told us that they will check and revert. We didn't hear back but the remainder 40% of the order arrived the next day.
We will give them 5-stars for their prompt, courteous and friendly service. Plus we saved money too by ordering directly from them. Our only regret is that we didn't subscribe to their newsletter to save an additional 10% - that would have been handy as our order was nearly £350.00.
We would recommend Edukit highly!

Great service
Great service. the company delivered the goods very fast. The website was easy to use.
Only reason I have give 4 stars and not 5... The products I bought wrere 4 packs of 4 inter-locking floor mats. the quality was brilliant only issue is that it should contain more edge pieces. its a 4 piecs mat with 8 edges so your limited to the way it can be connected. considering the price is should contain 16 edge pieces per pack and then the user can decide how they want to connect them. It's better to have a few extra edges than less.
