This is a follow up on a review I posted in November. I think its important to let other clients know how Eden medical treated my review on Trust pilot. As I previously mentioned I had no results and no further options were made available to me to continue my goal with Eden medical. This is the response I received from Eden medical( not posted on a public platform.) "We would have loved the opportunity to welcome you back and continue with your treatment programme however the negative review has unfortunately affected the professional relationship we strive to maintain with all our patients." An outright refusal to treat me based on a negative review is unethical and unprofessional, There was no attempt made to correct the poor results free of charge which based on my experience from other clinics who like to see that their clients are happy with their results will rectify the results free of charge. I have to say I am horrified at this response, If at the time of the treatment it was explained to me that I wasn't going to see any results I would have turned on my heels and not fork out 300 Euro for nothing. I further went on to develop double vision following a top up of Botox. I was unable to drive for several weeks. There is clearly a difference of opinion on my results. But I have never left a clinic with no results or no alternative treatment offered on the day. I have since made several enquiries with other clinics explaining my issue in the hope they might be able to fix the lack of results. Each clinic advised me to return to Eden medical because as a provider they are responsible to fix the issue. Eden medicals response was that the money I paid didn't go to waste as the treatment provided a foundation. I didn't attend this clinic to form a foundation I attended the clinic to see results. They then went on to invite me to continue my journey with Eden medical but my journey with Eden medical ended when I left the clinic after my review as the doctor made no attempt to fix the issue or offer alternative treatments so there was no journey. The doctor assigned to perform my treatments appears to do very little treatments. It is unclear if she has the qualifications to carry out all treatments, You cannot refuse to treat a client based on an negative result posted on a public platform it is blatant discrimination. I was willing to pay extra to see results and I knew on the day of my treatment that placing 0.5 ml of filler on each side of my mouth was a waste of money I pointed out to this doctor on my review visit that there are more lines on one side of my mouth and the reply I got was she would only be taking my money if she added more filler to this area. I am years getting fillers and I know that you cannot just place extra fillers to the mouth area you have to balance it out by placing fillers to other areas of the face. I asked for this to be done but the doctor would not provide this treatment. Eden medical were aware that I had mature skin based on my DOB but yet they assigned a doctor who refused to provide treatments that would show results, Unfortunately I was assigned a doctor who wasn't prepared to send me away with achieved results or at least some improvement. This issue isn't my fault. I was prepared to pay extra for results but when you have a doctor who refuses to carry out treatments there was very little I could do.

Eden Medical Cork has declined…
Eden Medical Cork has declined significantly in recent years. Conveyor belt style service now with very obvious less product in use and pushy upselling. Botox doesn’t work anymore and/or fades. Its clear from the procedure they are skimping on product and pretending they are giving a more expensive strong dose with a “senior” person.

Hey, so I had my boxtox done 6.5 weeks ago. I had 3 areas it’s my first experience for Eden and I would never return. I have really good skin and look younger than my age without botox. I’m only 30 and iv had botox twice before in a different place. Absolutely loved it I only needed it done once every 14months. So I tried Eden because of their special offer to get new customers in. I had movement in my forehead four weeks after Botox I got in contact with Eden and I was told I needed to email them a photo of my forehead and a doctor would look at it and see if I needed to be seen never responded to me. 6.5 weeks later and I have at least 60% movement in my forehead. The quality of their Botox that they are injecting is very low. My previous doctor from another clinic literally said to me I only need my Botox done once a year tell me how my Botox has worn at least 60% off in 6.5 weeks no response from them and when I called the lady I got tried to tell me it was because of XYNZ and that you need Botox every three months for starters the doctor even said in Eden clinic I have such good skin. When was the last time I got Botox and I told her 1.5 years ago and she couldn’t believe it I will definitely never be returning under special offers is only to get people in the door, they will never keep customers this way probably elderly or people that don’t know much about procedures.

Double vision stay clear
This clinic administered my botox incorrectly and gave me double vision.
I could not drive or take care of my newborn child safely for months.The clinic refused even a basic refund without me signing a letter to say I wouldn't tell anyone about what happened to me. The eye doctor in Waterford hospital confirmed my double vision waa from the incorrectly given botox from Eden medical Waterford. Never even an apology from the so called doctor who administered it to me. Unprofessional and untrustworthy.

Great experience
I went to Eden Medical in Mullingar clinic for my first time to get AWI with Dr Aoife two weeks ago . She put me at so much ease and explained everything perfectly. Never felt a thing while she done the injections . I was back today for my review and just needed a little top up also which was no problem at all. She is amazing at what she does and i would have no hesitation to go back to her for anything I need done . Lack of accountability
My daughter attended the clinic in May and was very unhappy with the treatments she received. Her consultation was with one doctor and her treatment with another. The doctor doing the treatment didnt even ask what she wanted she just went ahead without any conversation with her. Even when she complained they brushed her off saying there is nothing wrong to this day she is still unhappy. We went somewhere else to fix what these doctors did and she went through pain and spent more money to resolve it . Not good enough.
