It found me via Klarna. I was offered a discount of about 50% . I’m not into coins but given the offer , got curious to try.m so I dinged up at the link via Klarna. Well, I did receive the parcel after about a month - all beautiful and shiny - when I forgot that I ever signed up. Then followed the bill, 100%. No discounts. That was kind of deceiving .

I appreciate that my case has finally been resolved. Edel Collecties cancelled my subscriptions and waived all outstanding invoices, which I appreciate.

However, this resolution only came after months of unresolved issues, several emails, and public reviews. During that time, I experienced repeated problems, including delayed cancellation requests, shipments sent to my old address despite my address update request, invoices for a collection that had already been cancelled, and repeated requests that were not respected.

My review reflects my overall experience as a customer. While I appreciate the final resolution, I believe these issues should have been addressed long before public escalation became necessary.

I sincerely hope Edel Collecties will improve its customer service and internal processes so that future customers do not have to go through a similar experience.

I have had multiple subscriptions with Edel Collecties, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing.
The biggest issue has been customer service and the way customer requests are handled.
I have previously cancelled other collections, and every time the cancellation process took far longer than it should have. Instead of processing my requests promptly, I had to contact customer service multiple times before anything happened.
The same situation is happening again. I cancelled my Rijksmuseum collection more than two months ago, yet I am still receiving shipment notifications and invoices for that collection.
I also requested a change of address more than two months ago. Since then, some orders have been delivered correctly to my new address, while others continue to be shipped to my old address. As a result, I have received invoices for products that were sent to an address where I no longer live.
Another request that has been ignored is my request to receive only one coin per month. Despite asking for this, I continue to receive two or even three coins in the same month, making it much more difficult to manage the payments.
It is very frustrating to repeatedly contact customer service about the same issues, only to see the same mistakes happen again.
The coins themselves are beautiful, but the administration and customer support are simply not reliable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Edel Collecties unless they significantly improve the way they process customer requests and cancellations.

Once you have subscribed for an ending serie of coins or another serie of valuables they subscribe you unwanted to other series too. It is hard to unsubsribe, because they only accept paper unsubscriptions
And the ending serie is also suddenly an unending serie.
The only thing is that the product is good

I originally ordered just a single item from this collection. However, before I even realized what was happening, more products started arriving one after another. For each additional item, they demanded €50 — even though I clearly only wanted ONE.

Every time I contacted them, I kept receiving the same useless, copy-paste responses. It honestly feels like once you give them an inch, they take a mile.

To make things worse, the second item they sent is almost identical to the first — there is practically no difference at all. I asked them to cancel the second shipment, and even requested to cancel everything entirely if this was going to continue. Not a single helpful or meaningful response. Just automated replies over and over again.

This is nothing but a money trap. Please do NOT fall for it.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this company, and I will never shop from their website again. It’s incredibly disappointing — I actually intended to build a nice collection by buying different models I liked. Instead, I’m left dealing with poor service, no real communication, and a company that clearly does not listen to its customers.

They may look like a big, reputable brand when you check their sponsors, but that’s all it is: an image. Nothing more.

Absolutely shocking!!! Material is disgusting and items nothing like described or shown . Told me it would be 30% off my money for a cancellation order because it had been dispatched, was in fact NOT dispatched or even packed for another week so I said I'd wait for a full refund once arrived, now refusing refund at all. Absolutely shocking customer service and company, DO NOT USE EVER!!!!!!!!!

Cannot unsubscribe from new coins! Terrible customer support that not answering on email or whatsoever...

Please warn everyone to stay clear of these products. They are absolutely nothing like the photographs. We’ve just received a cat ornament, and it is cheap and tacky looking. We have asked for a refund and to send it back. Please people, do not buy these products, they are a complete and utter waste of money. Cheap and tacky

I had accidentally selected to receive follow-up shipments when ordering, so I received another package with a payment invoice. I talked to Jawin over email and the issue was promptly resolved.
Make sure to mention that the order is a one-time order in case anyone is buying just once.

I Order the Sail Amsterdam 2025 coin and it was so easy to order, so fast to receive the order at home and easy to pay after yo receive it. It is not my first order, I am collecting coins of this kind and I am always looking for new collection that you offer. Thank you very much.

Initially I bought a coin for the celebration of the sail Amsterdam 2025. After this I received a nice call from the Edelcollecties asking if I would also like the prestige set. I am very happy to have received this and it looks amazing.

I have no clue about my order. Every time I WhatsApp, I get the same response it would come today or tomorrow. There is no tracking and not sure if I will ever receive what I bought on the website.
I got a call the moment I write the review and was asked to wait until Saturday but have not got anything. They just want a 5* rating but I guess this is farce and bogus. Thankfully I paid from my CC and will file a formal complaint. Please don’t buy from this site as you will just lose your money

The purchase process was clearly explained. The item I received was to a great extent identical to the pictures on the website.

However, without my consent Edel posted the second coin and automatically debited me although I had communicated that I didn't want any subscription of their products.

Beware of scammers. They used my data and sent a parcel that I did not order. I did not place an order on your website. You just sent some parcel and demanded that I pay for it. This is outrageous. I sent your parcel back to you!

Good service only lack in some clarity but they did compensate well

Made purchase of F-16 anniversary coin, by my mistake I've selected a subscription, but fortunately all was sort thank to Benjamin.
The coin is beautiful well packaged and great quality

We've ordered sth about a month ago, got delivered & were pleased with this.
However, afterwards they started to send invoices on things we didn't order, haven't received, and are impossible to contact. Today we've got a 'reminder for payment' again, without being able to get through upon calling and mailing them.
If this is how they get their business done: don't do it.
