I needed to replace a cap form an older bottle. Could not find it where I typically shop (Amazon or EBAY). Found it at EcoVessel.com and was surprised at what I believe is a reasonable price. Shipping cost was fair and I received the product in 2 days. I'm completely satisfied!

The tumbler really does keep things hot and cold as long as it says! My boyfriend often forgets that he made tea until hours later and the day he got his new tumbler, he forgot about it for like 7 and a half hours, but it was still hot and he was thrilled! The push top is also great for carrying it with you in the car or outdoors.

About a month ago, I ordered two stainless steel kids water bottles. One of the taller, insulated bottles and one of the smaller, non-insulated ones. I also ordered a glass water bottle and a glass tumbler. My family and I really like all of the products. I don't mind having to wash the stainless steel bottles by hand as I always hand wash the lids and straws, anyway.

The bottles came packaged in plastic and bubble wrap, which I feel kind of undermines their eco-friendliness.

Overall, though, I'm really happy with these products and I would order more without hesitation.

Well made tumbler, keeps my coffee hot for hours, no more cold coffee. That was the main reason I bought this.

Gave as gifts and kept two for ourselves. Love how cold beverages stay!

Had my first EcoVessel for 4 years...and LOVED it! Unfortunately, I left it on the beach while on vacation and had to replace it. Wouldn’t consider any other brand!

I'm not sure if I'm rating product or service so I'll do both . Service is absolutely great and super fast. 5 stars ! The Bigfoot bottle holds a lot and keeps cold 24hours. The cap connection is what has me worried . Seems to stiff and brittle,only time and use will tell. I bought another lid for just in case. I don't want to be without the bottle for a lost cap!
