Update 10/7/24:-
After leaving my original review I was contacted by Ecoscent about my issues. As a gesture of goodwill I was offered a Puck device free of charge, which is impressive as a smaller unit and creates a beautiful scent in my hallway.
When I spoke to them about my original broken, unit they made a commitment that the repairs would be under a maximum amount if I returned the unit for review. On that basis I did return the unit for repair, and true to their word when they identified the original diffuser had a worn out motor (and was not repairable) they agreed to send a brand new replacement unit for this also free of charge.
I’ve been impressed with how they have dealt with my complaint despite the original concern and totally restored my faith in ecoscent.

I was really disappointed with ecoscents and would not recommend. Machine broke within the first year and was not dispensing scent despite me paying a small fortune for the machine and scent. Messaged ecoscents who didn’t respond until I called them. When I eventually got hold of them I was told that I had just gone out of the 12 month warranty. They told me that they could have a look at it but would charge me to repair. I didn’t bother given the cost of sending the machine back and cost of repair!!
