Upmarket scent dispersion
Very prompt service. The dispenser is well made, though a bit counterintuitive to use and the purr of the motor is a smidge loud for a quiet room. That said, the Winter Wonderland fragrance is gorgeous.

Pucks are very weak scenting. Don’t bother with cheaper diffuser. Get the plug in.
Pucks are very weak. Battery dies every two days. The buttons and functions are finicky. No option for express delivery. My orders have been mixed up. Sent someone elses order. Still havent recieved mine. A lot of hassle. Gave up and got bog standard diffusers.

Luxury for your room!
The fragrances smell like luxury perfumes, but for the air. Although the scent machine was expensive, and there are other companies that have theirs at a lower price, I opted for EcoScent as the fragrances offered were more vast. I was a little sceptical at first at to how effective the system would be. But I was not disappointed. No more wax, candles, or store bought synthetic sprays for me! I will stick to the EcoScent system from now on! Also, in a world were most things look and feel like plastic, this diffuser is as gorgeous as it looks with its aluminium look and feel. Lastly, I did have to contact customer support regarding something, and overall the response from them was great. However I had a feeling it could of been improved slightly. But nonetheless they still did great.

I am really impressed with the service and products at EcoScent. This was my third attempt at looking for scent suppliers for our offices and EcoScent have been by far the best.
From the start, Shanice responded to my calls and emails promptly, answering any questions that I had and always followed up on everything to do with the order, supply and aftercare of the diffuser and scent.
Scent samples arrived beautifully packaged and they had exactly what we wanted. The quality of the products is excellent and the prices are very competitive.

I honestly don’t know what to say! I wanted one following a visit to a shop that had one in-situ. I was blown away with how this worked on such a large scale. I contacted Eco scent via WhatsApp and wow 😮 the best customer service Iv ever encountered and hugely helpful! They gave me the name of the scent I wanted and how to purchase including the instructions and how long the liquid would last.
Using this for 2 days and well saved on reed diffusers and binned the unnecessary plugins. Don’t have any worries at getting one of these they are truly amazing and with 4 hours use the whole house smells amazing from corner to corner. The unit is such an amazing design and it’s easy to move if needed with a long battery life 🫶 Thank you this is truly and amazing item and would recommend to anyone!
