had a great experience with the technician who repaired my washing machine. He was professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained what was wrong in simple terms, and fixed it efficiently.
What I appreciated most was his honesty and transparency about the repair and cost—no surprises. He worked carefully, kept everything clean, and made sure the machine was running perfectly before he left.

A very polite chap came to sort out a flashing light on my dishwasher. But what I didn’t know was I had actually fixed it myself! Before he came! He explained that every thing I had done was correct. Wasted journey but very useful for next time. I would highly recommend his company if they are all as helpful as the chap who visited me.
