Finally said goodbye to my old drafty sliders!
"I’d been putting off replacing the windows in our living room for years because I dreaded the high-pressure sales pitches. I finally called EcoReflect Windows Direct after seeing a neighbor’s house, and the experience was night and day compared to the big-box brands.
The consultant Kam was wonderful actually took the time to explain the U-factor and how the reflective coating works without making my head spin. We went with the triple-pane option for the front of the house.
The Installation: The crew arrived right on time They were incredibly respectful of our hardwood floors, using drop cloths everywhere and even vacuuming the tracks before they left. They knocked out 8 windows in a single day.
The Results: It’s been three weeks, and the street noise has dropped significantly. More importantly, the 'cold spot' by our big picture window is gone. It’s nice to finally have windows that actually lock smoothly and look modern. Highly recommend them if you want quality work without the typical contractor headaches!"
