Great aftercare. Graeme was very helpful, made the necessary fine tuning within minutes.

Terrible customer service - I have been chasing for 19 days and still not had a response. I have three blown windows, all were fitted less than 4 years ago.

Chigwell windows sent 2 operatives to install a new kitchen window,they did a brilliant job my window is lovely & they left the area they was working in clean & tidy.

I had 2x lovely gentlemen arrive on 17-2 2026 to replace front door / porch and back door… They were so polite but their craftsmanship of work was absolutely outstanding and amazing… absolute professional in what they do…. highly recommend and i have had so many compliments with the new front door 👍Thank you Chigwell 😊

I dealt with Albie at the Barnham shop, very helpful and knowledgeable, we have had a lantern, bifolds and windows, all great products and very satisfied.

Front door handle stopped working i.e. house was open to all, and it was through persistent chasing in the 3 days after, that resulted in an engineer coming to the house.

Thanks to Lauren for responding to my quite desperate calls for help. Wish it wasn’t so hard. Glad it’s been resolved and will update the review after they’ve addressed the blemish in the glass.

Fantastic quality front door. But what made the experience for us was the first class customer service from Albie in the Barnham office and Paul the fitter.

Great service from both gents who went above and beyond to get the issues we had after installation fixed promptly and with no fuss.

I want to say thank you to the team, especially Lauren and Lambov who helped me with a problem I had with the front door lock which had become stiff due to the drop in temperature.

Very good service from start to finish. Easy company to deal with for any enquiries. There was one small problem (a cracked window) which was quickly rectified, which to me showed their commitment to the customer.

Spoke to a very nice lady and discussed our requirements
Gave her the sizes of a window and double sliding doors

After no contact, we telephoned the contact number which is only the central number. We were unable to find a direct line to Horsley Cross
Several calls have been made and we have spoken to Molly on every occasion
