Scam!

Scam!
They falsely claimed my address was incorrect and cancelled the pickup, even though the address was 100% correct. When I requested a refund, they still charged a €6 cancellation fee — even though it was their cancellation under false pretenses, not mine.

Twice failed pickup, no accountability – avoid

I booked a parcel collection with Ecoparcel, stayed home all day, and… no one showed up. No ring at the door, no phone call — nothing. My collection was simply marked as “error” and cancelled.
I then paid €5 for a rebooked collection. Again: no attempt was made. No call, no ring, no explanation.
When I contacted customer service, I was first told it would be escalated. Then I was told I wasn’t eligible for a refund because the order had already been rebooked — ignoring the fact that the rebooking only happened because the first pickup failed. Apparently, if their courier fails once, and again, that’s still your problem.
In short: I paid for a service that was never delivered, I was home and reachable both times, no attempt was made by the courier, Ecoparcel refuses to take responsibility.
I’ve never had issues with deliveries or pickups before. Ecoparcel is relying on unreliable couriers and then putting the blame on the customer.
I’ve now filed a formal complaint with consumer protection. Until Ecoparcel changes its refund policy and takes accountability, I suggest you stay away.

TERRIBLE SERVICE – THEY LOST OUR BOX AND DID NOTHING TO FIX IT

We hired Ecoparcel to ship a box full of personal belongings with both emotional and financial value. The box never arrived, and since then, customer service has been absolutely non-existent.

Not only did they lose the package, but they also made no effort to find it or offer a clear explanation. We've been following up for weeks and only receive automated or evasive responses.

Even though the shipment included insurance, they refuse to compensate us. They haven't provided the insured amount and it seems like they never will.

A truly frustrating, negligent, and irresponsible experience. If you value your belongings, DO NOT USE ECOPARCEL.

It was my first time with ecoparcel we were not even sure about what it has to offer but we booked it and the service was great on time on point parcel was delivered on exact date I am so happy and surely from now onwards will always consider ecoparcel for sending and receiving packages

SCAM COMPANY

SCAM COMPANY: DON'T USE!!! They didn't come to pick up the parcel. Sent an automated email saying the courier had issues collecting with no other explanation. No way of contacting through calls, email or chat so basically zero customer service. I had chosen the flexible cancellation option so I was entitled to a refund. They credited the balance on my Ecoparcel account but there is no way of taking that money back out even though their T&Cs say youn can. They will basicaly just steal your money. I don't know how they are still active. PLEASE DON'T USE!!!

EcoParcel lost my parcel won't refund…

EcoParcel lost my parcel won't refund their fees or cover the value of the lost goods. They spent 3 months "searching" for the parcel only to turn up empty-handed and unwilling to make me whole. The value of the parcel was stated to EcoParcel upon making payment for their service and their courier accepted the parcel upon collection. Yet now they claim that the packaging was insufficient and that I'm to blame for them losing my stuff, which is why they won't refund anything or cover the value of my lost items. They are thieves and scammers. Don't ever trust them with your belongings. I will sue them now.

I paid €85.87 on July 23rd for Order…

I paid €85.87 on July 23rd for Order #[A686KN01] to ship a package from Bologna to Almería. I was in contact with Ecoparcel’s Help Center, but communication suddenly stopped on Friday after I asked to change the shipment method because the pickup failed.

Today is Monday and I’ve sent several follow-up messages through their platform, with no response. Their support email is deactivated and there is no other way to reach a real person. I feel completely ignored after paying almost €86.

If I don’t receive a reply within 24 hours, I will request a chargeback through my bank and report this case to the EU Consumer Protection system.

pacchi persi da 1 mese e nessuna risposta

Hello,

my delivery of 10 boxes (XK7ED6) is flagged as delivered despite 2 boxes (XK7ED606 and XK7ED610) never arrived. Everytime I contact the support they say they are investigating and ask me how these 2 parcels look like: one is a blue bag with "Qontigo" written on it and the other one is a brown box and they contain clothes and household stuff.

Now I cannot raise the claim and cannot open another chat because the website does not allow it anymore, but I need my personal belongings been delivered in Rome asap. I shipped more than a month ago and no update has been received so far.

This company is a joke together with the client support. If you do not show any improvement and deliver me the missing boxes, I will go to the police and sue you. This service is unacceptable and I am fed up with this.

Scammers AVOID

The company does not provide any help. Their partners do not know anything about parcel and when you try to arrange something they respond after 24h. My parcel was never picked up and courier never showed up despite waiting whole day in the apartment. Avoid at all cost, it's truly better to just pay extra and have a good quality service instead of this outrageous excuse of a delivery company. AVOID FOR YOUR OWN SAKE

SCAM! Do NOT get involved with this company.

0 stars for this SCAM company!!! Booked a shipping, paid, took a day off from work to wait for the courier, of course nobody came. The company has absolute no customer service, meaning you can't reach out to anybody, no phone number, no email, no nothing. In order to get a refund I had to cancel my order. As I cancelled it the refund button disappeared, I could only remove the order from the list. This company or whatever it is need to get sewed, they're complete fraud!!

Fraudulent service and website.


You can only deliver the parcel if the courier comes to your place to pick it up, and you never get notified about when he’ll knock on the door. If you don’t have a doorbell — like in my case — you end up spending the whole day at home waiting. Terrible, terrible service.

I also asked for a refund, and I received it with €6 missing. The money was credited to my account on the website, not to my bank — so when am I supposed to use it again, if I asked for a refund because I didn’t like the service in the first place? Fraudulent service and website.

P.S. The help center is bad and slow. I think it's AI — either way, it’s awful and extremely slow. Avoid this website if you want to save yourself stress and frustration.

Apsloluty unreliable. Avoid!!

The interface and setup including payment are great. But, then when it comes to picking up the goods, tracking the shipment, communication or resolving the issues the disappear. They have chat AI support, that doesnt serve nothing. I had 3 shipment with them, one was good from start to finish, other had tracking problems ( fortunately it was delivered) as it still say it it waiting to be collected ! The last one no one came to pickup and the cancelation problem persists. Not to metion they charge in advance and saving your credit cards so once they charge you , next time there is no vallidationg the on line transaction, they just charge you automaticly. Aviod, just use GLS or DHL or UPS . They are oneman show reseler company that will die.
