Really helpful & a great service! Highly recommend!!

Excellent. I had my doubts about this grant, especially as you do not usually get anything for free but after reading several good reviews and speaking with Michaela, I decided to go ahead. The surveyors and the installers were all very polite and kept me updated with what they were doing next. I have been in contact with Michaela throughout who has reassured me of what was happening next. A job well done and all free. Very Happy Thank you.

Dreadful communication, no response from them left several messages and emails their ‘surveyors’ stole my tools and the company are refusing to return them

AVOID AVOID AVOID !!

We have been waiting many months for our storage heaters. They came to fit them and said we needed to make some amendment to our wiring which we did immediately , they have never returned, they said it could be January, but then said they had changed their fitters due to poor service. Now they won't even reply to my messages or my e mails . Very disappointing.

We got our old storage heaters changed with new efficient ones. The works were granted by the government scheme through Ecologic solutions, so we didn't have to pay anything.

Thank you Ecologic Solutions for your help in replacing the storage heaters at my parents' home. They couldn't believe it hasn't cost them a penny. We are already seeing a saving in their energy consumption and that's in only 4 weeks since installation. Everyone that I spoke to throughout the process and the installation team were polite and very helpful. Thank you!

From start to finish was a quick and easy process, my Auntie now has full amount of loft insulation and working storage heaters. Great work, tidy and very well communicated from all the staff.

Slow start partly due to Covid and a change in installation group. Happy with the products although I believe may be best for a survey to be carried out before telling customers what products they will get as was a bit disappointing that I was expecting more than was fitted, especially after waiting 10 months. The heaters are great and seem economical to run. The staff are very friendly

Absolute shambles from start to finish. Been trying since July to have new storage heaters fitted at my 90 year old father's property. They promise great things but sadly do not follow up. After the third time of being prepared and waiting for engineers to do the installation yesterday we have given up and hopefully have nothing more to do with Ecologic Solutions, Alpha Electrical Solutions .

My name is Rita Barker and, I was so happy to get my new free Radiators. At first I couldn't believe it was true that it was free. I am so happy and impressed by Rachel Adams help and support and kindness. She explained everything to me and was very quick and helpful and efficient.

I had my doubt but went ahead anyway, I am now very satisfied with the result. Thanks to Ecologic Solutions I was able to change a dated heating systems with brand new storage heaters. The whole process from admin to installation was very smooth, installation took less than 2h. Thanks again to the Ecologic team, I will definitely recommend.

I was a little dubious about the whole free grant thing and so a little anxious when agreeing for works to be carried out however, we have had a brilliant service from Ecologic Solutions from initially talking to Rachel who put our minds at rest and reassured us through the whole procedure as well as Michaela who contacted us throughout, we are thoroughly pleased with the service we received. The heating fitters were great, turned up when expected and were friendly and professional. From having initial doubts about the grant scheme we have been pleasantly surprised and pleased with all works carried out and would definitely recommend this company.

Ecologic Solutions are extremely efficient in handling all references for help with energy conservation issues. They are also very helpful with subsequent follow up with any subsequent replacement work.

From the initial contact through to complete replacement and installation of a new heating system was all done within a month. We have been so pleased with the service. Rachel was great and very quick to respond. Then we dealt with James who arranged for the heating installation, who was also great with communication. Three lads arrived yesterday to install the heating and were just amazing. It turned out to be quite a complex job and they just got on with it, were so quick and really cheerful! They were also very careful to check that we were happy with everything. The heaters are a really high quality. Haven't had the loft installation yet, but I'm sure that will go just as well. Would definitely recommend this company. We still can't quite get our heads around the fact it was all free!
