the 2 solar panels and the power…
the 2 solar panels and the power station were delivered seperatly. no information about that gave me a fright, that the missing powerstaion got lost somewhere on the way
Shipments are delayed
Shipments are delayed. They haven't arrived after three weeks. No one responds to emails sent to the support address.
Worked well with lots of household appliances
We're on a cheap night time tariff and don't have solar panels so wanted to take advantage of the cheaper rate and be able power tools in the shed which doesn't have an electricity supply.
We've used it for the washing machine, TV and box, charging screwdriver batteries, the iron, a sander, charging phones.
It isn't the lightest, but I'm a small 50 odd year old woman and I can carry it quite easily.
Pick the right one
Already got got one i though I would get a top up one that I could plug into my one use the ai help it said this one would be the right one and when I go it .it was not compatible with my one I will do the job .lesson learnt is don't ues ai again
I purchased a LiFePO4 lithium battery…
I purchased a LiFePO4 lithium battery for my RV, the transaction was fine and then... silence. For 7 days I didn't receive any communication and the order showed that it was "preparing for shipment."
I contacted support and they said the item was out of stock and they didn't know when it would be restocked. Then they said they would issue a refund.
It took another 5 days to get the refund. So I had to take my last RV trip without the battery.
If they would have notified me within a couple days I wouldn't have minded, I could have purchased from a different vendor. But I had to reach out first after many days, which is a terrible customer experience in this day and age.

All has been received well. I was not aware that it would come in 3 independent deliveries. That was initially confusing, I thought items 2 and 3 were missing in the first delivery. Information about the packaging should be clearer.
Good products, bad support
Have previously used ecoflow storage batteries and solar panels for my summer house without issue so when I needed another setup I went back to ecoflow.
Ordered a similar setup of storage battery and solar panels for a family member's summer house, and the items arrived in good time. When I went to install, however, I discovered that one of the 4 ordered solar panels had been completely smashed within the box. Strangely the box was still in immaculate condition with no marks or damage, so not sure how the solar panel inside got so battered.
Contacted Ecoflow and told them what had happened with the item/sent them photos of the damage. They got back to me pretty quickly, but rather suspiciously asked me to scratch off any labels/barcodes that could be used to identify the solar panel, take photos once this was done and then dispose of the damaged solar panel. Once this was done they would sort out a replacement solar panel.
Struck me as a bit odd so googled about disposal of solar panels. Apparently in the UK you're not allowed to simply dispose of solar panels as rubbish - they're pretty stringent about recycling the panels through an approved firm. It also says that this falls upon the installer or supplier - in this case Ecoflow. I'm fairly sure Ecoflow would be aware of this, but were just trying to shirk their responsibilities. Hence the request to destroy any identifying marks.
Fed this back to them and asked them to fulfill their responsibilities to either retrieve the damaged panel themselves for recycling or arrange for a recycling company to come and collect. They responded at the end of March saying the issue had been escalated to a more senior team, and that was the last I heard. Made several attempts to contact Ecoflow for an update with no success, so clearly just being ignored at this point.
It's a shame because I like the products, but definitely won't be a returning with how dreadful and shady the company has been in dealing with the issue. Recommend you look elsewhere because if you encounter any issues you definitely won't be getting any support.

I am missing an open API or local MQTT so that e.g HomeAssistant can take control. I like the hardware and its design very much, but I am not going to buy more EcoFlow products without this feature. Therefore my rating is 3 stars. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.

Contattato il servizio clienti, passando per tutti i loro salti di burocrazia in cui mi hanno chiesto video di prova dei problemi ovvii descritti (mi hanno chiesto di mostrar loro dei test con multimetro, solo per poi concludere che l'unità era danneggiata).
In conclusione, al momento di onorare la garanzia per la macchina, o con riparazione o con sostituzione, non ho più ricevuto alcuna risposta. Il silenzio assoluto. Lettera morta.
Ho posto fiducia in Ecoflow. Mi sono sbagliato.

Useless customer service regarding malfunctions.
Delta Pro with insufficient voltage from the 12V port.
I contacted customer service, went through all the hoops of their bureaucracy with requests for videos proving the obvious issues described (they asked me to show multimeter tests only to then conclude that the unit was faulty).
In the end, when it came to honouring the warranty, I received no further response from any of them. Complete silence. A dead letter.
I had faith in Ecoflow, but I was wrong.
I am NON satisfied with the product support
I am satisfied with the product; however, I opened a support ticket and was never contacted back.
I consider this an important issue, which prevents me from giving a fully positive evaluation, as it raises concerns about the difficulty and effort required to obtain support in the event of a serious problem.
Pathetic At Best
EcoFlow support is pathetic at best. Email sent with a simple question requiring a simple response of yes or no. Received an auto-response acknowledging receipt of my email. Not having received a response for 11 days, I sent a follow up email and received an auto-response to that. Still no response.

Overall quick cross-country delivery, but beware of split packages when some parts are oversized (like panels). That information was omitted.
