Excellent product, great app

Unfortunately, my concern was not resolved directly.

But I have to say that the support has done a good job, but it is not so easy to find the error with hundreds of different routers, whereby I use a widespread router (FritzBox7590). but at the moment it is running again!

On March 31, I ordered a solar blanket. It was charged immediately, but one week later, it still had not been sent. After calling Ecoflow, they had the article sent, which I received five days later. I received it on April 14.

As an enthusiastic DIYer all I can say is the EcoFlow stream products are top notch easy to install and work extremely well. The supporting app is also excellent. The admin team have been supportive and helpful. All I want from EcoFlow is another AC Pro Battery! :-)

It was a bit confusing that the solar panel and power station came from different places at different times with different carriers quite a while apart so I was getting worried that it was a scam.

A great service as usual from EcoFlow.
Very easy to order online, and my last two deliveries have been very quick to be delivered.
The courier company call me by phone the morning of delivery, to confirm I was at home and to give me a time.

Ordered a ecoflow delta 2 and solar panel package. Nowhere did it say they would ship separately. Ive received the delta 2 but the solar panel will arrive at some later date . The only reason I know this is because I got a random tracking email the day after I received the delta. Ecoflow should of really told me this. I'm looking at sending back the delta 2 and refusing delivery of the solar panel. Very disappointing.

Update: Solar panel turned up without the cable to attach it to the Delta. Been on with customer service chat for an hour just waiting. They ignored my emails now they're ignoring me on the live chat.

Good job i kept the boxes to return them because I doubt i'll get my issues sorted.

No idea how they have a 3.2 star rating on trustpilot with 2 reviews that are both one star.

Told my on the 10th of April they would see if they could send me the missing cable. Its now the 21st and although I've asked them for an update they have completely ignored me. I will be buying a tried and tested Anker and avoiding the terrible customer service from ecoflow.

Another update after them saying they would see if they could send me the missing cable. They emailed back and said the cable was out of stock although they're still available to purchase through the ecoflow website. Just lies at this point. Feels like they are just time wasting in the hope I don't sent the useless unusable items back.

Brought the ecoflow delta 3 with 2 solar panels bundle. Had no issues from start to finish will deffo recommend and will be buying more in the future

We already had the delta 2 orginal, which is still going strong. As we are on a tarriff with cheaper nighttime charging. It made sense to buy another ecoflow delta 3. Looks good and has already proven is as useful as we hoped. In fact our electric monthly bill has gone down!

I cant belive how good their product are.
Is the 2nd time i purchase their STREAM line of products. Quality is off the roof.

The battery and portable solar panels are great. I’ve charged once on solar and it works well. The integration with the app was helpful too. Looking forward to trying the battery on a big trip in May.

Order was easy and delivery was smooth. The Ecoflow Delta 3 and 160W solar panels are working amazingly well. Looking forward to saving on my energy bills

Poor experience! We waited over three months for the item we'd ordered, and when it was finally dispatched, we weren't even notified. In fact, we no longer needed it, and we were unable to cancel the order. We were not offered any compensation for the months we'd wastes waiting.

The device has arrived intact with good packaging.

However, when I plugged it in, it was reporting 0% battery and will not charge.

So the device is pretty much dead on arrival. I've tied what the AI bot suggested, to no avail.

I've emailed Ecoflow support, but I've not had a human response as yet. I will update this rating if things improve.

The kit looks like it is well made & the deal was good. I have many ecoflow products so am generally happy with them. This order was awful though, for the following reasons.

I had to chase the order multiple times over a month. I had to deal with the courier company too as they delivered my pallet to a different county despite having the correct EIr code when I asked them. So overall experience was rubbish this time but am hoping it's a one off
