This was a scam, their website is already taken down, their products are not at all as advertised. There is nothing ecological about this. Loss of 19 Euro.

Looking at their product ad on Instagram, I found not only cheap but also eco-friendly, so I ordered it online. But I have not received yet. Moreover, now as I am trying to seek their help, their website is not to be found too.
Is there a way to seek help or make a complaint if needed?

Ordered at Ecobird on the 4th of May, haven't received my order yet. When I ask questions via their info at e-mailadres, I get an automated message saying it's all taking some time because of the Covid19 situation. I have been trying to stay patient, but now I'm starting to feel scammed.

This is a scam. I am not from this country but I am surprised there is not automatic customer compensation in such cases. These people have a Dutch bank account?
To all of you that did the mistake: please do report this to the police and claim your money. The more the better.

Absolutely not recommendable. Don't BUY!!!

I placed the order and received them about 2,5 weeks later. But that was not the big problem. The packaging was awful, when I opened it on bag was already open and 2 of the lids were dirty. Everything smelt of pure plastic and not at all ecologic.
I decided to send the product back but since 2 weeks I am trying to receive an answer. Nothing so far, I sent 4 emails to their customer service, still nothing.
I will try again but very upset about their not existing customer service and the product.

This whole experience has been an emotional roller coaster
1. ordered on May 8th and didn't receive anything for as couple weeks (it said delivery would take 14 to 25 days)
2. went to check on my order and the website was taken down and then read all the reviews about it being a scam
3. checked a couple weeks later and the website was back up and I could check where my package was
4. emailed them after waiting a few more weeks without a package and got a standard response
5. my boyfriend doubted it would ever come, today it came. the package clearly from china with a return address in Zaandam. It seems the company has tried to legitimise themselves but here's the thing
I paid €19.99 for their 1+1 free set that was advertised on Instagram
Now it says the original price is €50 for the 1+1 free but its on discount for €24.95
But you can find these way cheaper on bol.com or amazon or aliexpress (if you're looking for those authentic Chinese lids)
Someone left a review here saying they Gott theirs from ecosiliconendeksel.nl and they say their original price is €60 and that now for €29.95 you get 1+1 free
Oh they also smell a bit like a chlorine pool. I've thrown one set into the dishwasher to see if they survive.
I am amazed thinking about how much money this company has earned themselves by ordering from (probably) alieexpress and re-selling for much much more. I take my hat off to you, scam-y internet people

Similarly bad experience here! Ordered 1.5 month ago, never received anything.

Terrible. Waiting on my order for over 5 weeks, no communication from the retailer, they have been ignoring my emails, I got no product in hand while the money left my account the day I ordered!
Absurd and outrageous.

UPDATE August 2020: the product eventually arrived, poorly packaged, without any accompanying information (no care instructions, no leaflet, no delivery note or return instructions, no receipt). After putting the lids into dishwasher the material turned into the consistency you see on aged rubber products.

Horrible service and horrible product.
I’ve ordered the product more than 3 weeks ago. I’ve email a few times and was totally ignored. Finally it was delivered yesterday. Today I’ve tried using it but it was not working at all (not sticking to the simple medium side bowl whatsoever) and after a few tries it broke down.

I have ordered this item on April 26 and haven't received anything for three weeks already. I still hope I will get the product but I would never recommend the website to anyone. Looks like a scam.

Update: Just received the product, on May 18th, indeed two packages were present.
