I ordered arise zip comfort thinking it will be padded but it was not. Gym tops or bras should be padded. If I need to wear a bra inside what’s the point ? I liked echt before but this time the leggings are not that soft. The material seemed a bit rough. I was very confident so I tore the labels and everything or else I would return them.

Orders are dispatched quickly, packaged well, items are true to size and fit for purpose. I like the comfortable and easu care aspect of all the active wear items. My only complaint is for over 12 months I have not been able to order my favourite workout shorts as my size is never available. I have left the "email when available - in stock" but have never got that email. Keep up the good work.

Really good stuff, same as they described on website and in photos. Extremely recommended to people. Very warm stuff good in winter. I'm happy with my purchase. 😊

I ordered four leggings and a large bra from their website, where my size was listed as available. After my order was processed, they contacted me to say my size was unavailable and offered a refund or exchange. I chose an exchange and selected a black bra in the same style from their website, informing them of my choice.
Their representative, Monique, responded, claiming the bra had been sold out for weeks and requested a screenshot of the bra and size I wanted. I found this request condescending and felt accused of lying, but I provided the screenshot. Monique then claimed the bra was an old style they no longer sold, contradicting the fact that I could order it initially. She offered to sell me the black bra for an additional $24. I was appalled that I was expected to pay extra due to their website’s incorrect inventory, which is entirely their error. This customer service experience was unacceptable, and I will never shop with them again.

Obsessed with this brand and how it fits on my body. Sizing is always great and I wish I could buy all of their stuff.

The item I received was dirty like someone had dribbled down the front of it. Upon emailing the company I received no apology and asked what I would like to happen but given no option but to return the item. Customer service was appalling telling me I had not chosen another way to deal with the issue but was given no other option.

firstly the quality of the jumpers and leggins are SUPER DUPER GOOD. i have never felt so comfortable in clothing in my life! i wear your jumpers religiously and i adore all the colours and patterns you guys offer! thank you so much for making me feel so good in a hoodie and leggins xx

I love my Top Marks Sweat Pants but unfortunately being quite short they are extremely long. Is there any way you could consider making for shorter petite people at all.

I always love the products I buy, however, unfortunately, my favourite leggings have sadly been discontinued - no big issue - these things happen. I purchased a different type in hopes they would be just as amazing - whilst the feel and fabric are amazing, i'm afraid there is zero way they should be considered a size 20, maybe a 14/16, definitely not a 20

i liked the comfy feel of the tracksuit i purchased. I dont like that the size is off and the pockets are way too far back to be comfortable
