I had a parcel delivered to the incorrect address. I know this was my error. However parcel was returned to sender and Australia post confirm it was delivered. I have been trying to contact the customer care team and they completely ignoring my emails. I have paid for these jumpers for my daughter’s birthday and they don’t seem to care. Hope to get a response soon!

Elite Eleven has horrendous quality
I’ve bought from Elite Eleven twice. The first time they sent me a hoodie with horrendously cheap quality, the second time I ordered size SMALL pants and they sent me size XXS.
Don’t support business that don’t care about their customers
Never have I ever been more disappointed with a brand than EE, I’ve spent close to 6 thousand dollars with them for me and my 3 kids, the way they handle complaints. Late orders or even refunds is very frustrating, but as most small companies once they get a little bigger they become greedy and don’t care about there customers anymore, I waited 4 and a half weeks for a order and was eventually refunded because of a misprint on their end, after years of supporting them I will never again spend money with them, I don’t understand how someone who supported there business when they were smaller and had a minor issue from there end that cause all this and was told that they hope to do better next time.

Very dishonest and disingenuous, this company started off well but then became greedy as they don’t give a damn about customers and their order problems, don’t order online and don’t bother asking for help either, they will hit you with a generic sorry and hope they do better next time even after spending thousands of dollars with them.
3 weeks waiting and back and forth with EE and auspost
Ordered items on sale and after waiting three weeks was told that package had to be sent back due to there not being any adress added to it for auspost to deliver, after back and forth with them and auspost it had to be refunded because of travel I had booked and wouldn’t be home to grab items, I spend thousands of dollars with them and there of no help, auspost is hard enough to get a hold of and so are they as it’s all emailing, even after complaining it couldn’t be fast tracked, a simple step of putting a address on a parcel caused 3 weeks of waiting for nothing and even after being told it’s been sent for postage and then contacting elite eleven again was told by aus post that it was still with the sender, absolute disaster of a shop, after spending thousands of dollars on there products, it won’t happen again, spend your money on companies that can atleast sort the issue and not give a generic sorry.

Quality Products
I’m a huge fan of Elite Eleven clothing and products. I struggled to find Men’s gym wear that I felt comfortable in and that looked good and now my whole gym wardrobe is Elite Eleven - Tees, Shorts, socks and even Gym Towel!! The quality is great and they wash up really well. Have got another order on its way.
Faulty items, unclear returns process and unhelpful customer service
I ordered several items during Black Friday without realising EE only offer exchanges or store credit - not clear at checkout, but my own fault for not reading their FAQs.
Two items I received were unwearable: $50 lounge shorts that are completely transparent, and $55 gym shorts with loose threads coming from the seams.
When I returned items as faulty through their portal, there was no option to request refund or upload photos. I assumed they’d contact me once they inspected the items. Instead, I was automatically issued store credit for the full return.
After emailing them with photos, I was told they couldn’t refund me because I requested store credit and a gift card had already been issued. When I argued this, they claimed the issues weren’t “manufacturing faults,” saying loose threads and transparent fabric didn’t qualify. That the lounge shorts were not advertised as “squat proof” and suggested I wear nude underwear with them.
I didn’t buy them for squatting, but they are sheer as tights, nude underwear wouldn’t cut it and for $50 I would like to be able to leave the house in them.
Their website only contains one vague line about refunds for manufacturing faults, with no clear process. I now have no proof I returned the items as faulty, because their confirmation email only says the products returned, not the reasons selected. EE are refusing to escalate the issue or offer anything beyond store credit.
A scam and dishonest with sales and orders
A scam — 20 Nov, I placed my order for their early Black Friday sale. I was like a day into the sale as well— they just started, so everything was mostly in stock. Bought like 8 items and it was a package I was looking forward to because it was activewear + the very needed trackpants. They refunded me 1 item, and then 3 days later they shipped the package and my email was sent out “your order shipped”. A week and a half later they had NO update on shipping, and just cancelled the whole order, all I get is an email telling me the refunded amount, and I see that the whole order is refunded?! I go on their website and everything is still selling— oh, but the prices are higher now! Ha! And it’s cyber Monday! They cancel orders in order to SELL AGAIN, and get more money for it! Ridiculous brand, save your trouble.

If you order to the UK, they slap on a £71 / $150 import fee without disclosure before sale. The FAQ page having one line is not disclosure on the full fees associated with your specific items before point of sale and this is clearly in breach of ACL.
I've raised this with them, and hope they will rectify it so I can remove this review. At the moment, I have received a copy paste response from customer service which condescendingly suggested I don't understand customs fees. I do, I just also understand UK and Aus consumer law.

Very poor quality for the price. The Cherry Cola jacket is the worst activewear I’ve ever purchased — unstructured, with material so thin and flimsy it feels like stockings. The Blue version is slightly thicker but still cheap and badly made. Neither is worth $85, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I have bought the Gym bag today , staff took my Emil to send me the receipt and I couldn’t get any receipt. I am not happy with the bag material at the showroom I couldn’t notice that bag has tiny scratches like tiny cuts in daylight it’s noticeable . Not happy with the customer service too
