We were very excited to receive our package from Echt Apparel, however we were soon disappointed when the sizing wasn't right, with products with tags still on and it original packaging, I attempted to process and exchange for another size, however this was not offered. I would have thought that an exchange for size only would have been available, more so given that the products were still in new condition with tags on. I now have garments that are not suitable and will need to add extra expense by repurchasing the correct size. I really believe that an exchange of size policy should be available.

Really impressed with this brand. The quality is great, everything feels comfortable, and you can tell they actually think about the people who train in their gear. Overall it just feels like a brand that cares about its community, and that makes all the difference

I’ve been a loyal ECHT customer for five years, and I’m extremely disappointed with how my recent return was handled. I returned two pairs of leggings within the timeframe, yet instead of the refund I requested, I was given a store credit.

When I contacted customer service, the representatives I communicated with — Lehana and Iris — repeatedly told me that my parcel was sent after 14 days. This was frustrating because the return date on my end clearly shows otherwise. Throughout the whole process, I felt blamed rather than understood, and at no point did I feel like my concerns were taken seriously or reviewed fairly.

After years of supporting this brand, this experience has been really disappointing. Because of the way this was handled, I will be seeking advice from consumer authorities to see whether this situation falls under unfair or misleading return practices.

I’m sharing this so other customers are aware of how issues may be handled and in hopes the company improves its customer service and treats loyal customers more fairly instead of just oh money making customers

I loved everything in my order! I received my package so quickly. Sizing is great and the clothes are comfy and look so good. The quality is great too.

It was easy to find the clothing I wanted, delivery couldn’t be faulted it came the next day and I got to enjoy my new leggings for the weekend!

Used to be good but now just greedy and quality not so good for costly items. Purchased a poorly made windcheater arrived smelling like moth balls and stained, maybe a return from previous buyer and mentioned this to appalling customer service and they refuse to take any responsibility saying i need to pay for return postage and they will consider a refund, what a joke! they just lost a loyal customer, will never buy from them again unless they improve, very unlikely! much better stores elsewhere.

The pants are amazing they are so comfortable and so soft and amazing 110% will shop here over and over again

I love their shorts - great fabric and design - especially the Force Knit range. But a major disappointment is the low quality zips they use for the pockets. The don't last long before they break - without the zips everything just falls out of my pockets

My new shorts are so comfy and fit perfect. The material is soft and the length 6”is perfect for me being in my 40’s but still want to look nice. Delivery came the following day with many updates on time.
I’ll be ordering more in the future as they are definitely my favourite shorts even more so than Nike Pro shorts. One happy customer.

Your customer service is appalling. Monique flat-out refused to refund an item my friend tired on for less than a minute, using the excuse that there was a “scent” to justify it. Then you had the audacity to send it back without the tag attached, an outrageous breach of basic retail standards. This isn’t just bad service; it’s shady and deceptive. I will never buy from Echt, and I strongly urge others to think twice unless you’re prepared to be scammed and falsely accused.
