The delivery men fell over and dropped the item. They really struggled to carry it to just inside my front door from the driveway, they probably need a palette lift or something to assist

Waited about 10 days I think before first delivery was scheduled. I wasn’t available so called them up to reschedule for a few days after the offered date, very easy to arrange. Delivered to room of choice and got a call about 30 mins beforehand

The product was delivered safely and professionally but they clearly had little experience setting up these bikes - eg. they hadn’t turned it on and suspected a product error, also screwed the screen too hard (couldn’t rotate).

2 person delivery but driver refused to carry the treadmill upstairs to the room of my choice, as per agreement. Said treadmill was too heavy. Should have had suitable lifting/moving equipment if that is the policy

I was told on the phone that it would be a 2 man delivery, to a room of my choice. However when the couriers came and I asked for it to be put in my study upstairs, they said it would be "better" to leave it downstairs so I could unpack it and carry it upstairs on my own. So the attached photo is where it was left. Shambles of a delivery.
