I like the wide selection of NaTrue certificated products and the discounts available, including the personal birthday discount.

This is my second time ordering from them.
Delivery on point, and the products are amazing!

Brilliant! I ordered a foundation off this website because the company that made the foundation wanted £35 for delivery! But I found ecco Verde and they sent the foundation for around £3. Would order again.

Excellent both desktop and mobile web experience. They display a progress bar that shows you how much left to get a free delivery. They seal with care, add free samples and ship and delivery faster than anybody else did during pandemic. I got all my goods each time within a week! Product range is very rich, really high class offer.
Excellent customer support too. Highly recommended.

I'm surprised at some of the negative reviews here. I was amazed and lucky to receive my excellent and well packaged products in less than 24 hours, sent from Austria to me in the UK. A big thank you both to Ecco-Verde and DHL for a great service, especially in these difficult times.

I got advent calendar where was ZAO mascara. I opened ZAO mascara after i have used another mascara from this calendar, the bottle was empty. I wrote to customer service to get good product instead. But I was denied to get full bottle of product.I had to claim all problems within 30 days! I was offered 5% discount or 5 euro.
What a poor customer service! And disrespect to clients.
Thus they can sell empty bottles in advent calendars (it has to be opened one day one cell) and deny all claims!

First I received this email from them:
Thank you for the recent order placed on 07.11.2019 valued at € 92,21.

Then I got this email:

The order placed on 07.11.2019 was dispatched and should be delivered you soon!
Delivery: Post.at Parcel

BUT I'M STILL WAITING AND IT"S BEEN ONE MONTH NOW
TODAY IT'S 08.12.2019

I have sent them email and they checked it and that's the Email they sent me:
Dear Mohammed

My colleague has just informed me that this amount of time is nothing exceptional to Saudi Arabia from here, at this time of year.
The postal tracking from Saudi Arabia indicates nothing amiss- which realistically means either they don't have it yet OR everything is ok.
Again, my colleague suggested that if you do not have it in 1 week we will refund you your money.

The claim will still take a few days- will report if anything turns up in the meantime

AND NOW IT"S BEEN 10 DAYS AFTER THE LAST EMAIL
and I haven't receive my shipment yet!!!

I was thinking maybe my shipment is coming from another planet or something.

I bought the same items from Amazon and it arrived within 1 week from Germany.

Have ordered twice from ecco-verde.com . All natural products, a very wide range of products, attractive and clear website, great discounts, good customer service and flawless delivery.

I had a great experience. A great selection of fantastic products for good prices and received my order very fast. I love how many truely natural products I found on one site! Delivery costs and minimum amount for free delivery is a bit high though but still acceptable, just gotta make sure not to order until you need enough products to get the minimum. There is paypal which is great too. Disadventages I found are is there is no good coupons for reduction often and they dont seem to send them often to clients either. I hope eccoverde will keep up like this and that I will not have an experience like the previous reviewer..

edit: lately I dont shop a lot anymore at eccoverde as they have become very expensive and greedy on their discount codes... plus I found other resources for better prices..
