Came to my rescue having lost one of my jet earrings which were given to me as a present. A friend was visiting Whitby and took my earring with her to see if she could find an exact replacement pair, she only had 2 hours parking. She couldn’t find an exact pair however, this lovely shop owner made in what little time she had left on her parking just that, a perfect exact pair! Forever grateful! Thank you! I will be visiting this shop when next in Whitby!

Huge thanks to David. I had ordered some earrings and a pendant for my girlfriend's birthday a month in advance. He immediately emailed me to find out if I'd seen the message on his website saying he was away for two weeks (I hadn't, my fault) however on telling him the date of my girlfriend's birthday he must have got on with my order straight away after returning as it arrived with plenty of time to spare. (A great relief to me!) The items looked fantastic and were well packaged. Very happy, and so was she!

Absolutely brilliant, the best jet shop in Whitby by a country mile! Not only are the goods fab, but the staff are great, with a wonderful personal touch! So friendly and knowledgeable! Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

What an incredible family-run shop owned by such wonderful people. I went to Whitby with my partner and he bought me a gorgeous bat ring that I adored from here but it was slightly too big. The lovely (extremely patient!) lady behind the tills sorted it with her father in law to have the ring re-sized and sent back out to me, something neither of them had to do but absolutely made my visit and is now one of my most treasured pieces. Difficult to choose jewellery online but the earrings didn’t disappoint. Ebor Jetworks kept us informed about the process and delivery. Included a gift bag too.

We always visit this place when in Whitby. I ordered a gift for my Mums birthday whilst overseas!!! They were so kind and even wrapped it for me in birthday paper as her birthday is Christmas Day! Lovely place and great jewelry.

Visited Whitby in October and saw the Jewellery in store, fantastic range, I couldn’t purchase on the day as I wanted to buy a Christmas gift for my wife who was with me. I distretely enquired about buying online and was given a brochure. On returning home, I submitted my order and received it within 5 days. Really pleased, highly recommended.

Ordered a pair of earrings, noticed the payment had been taken but didn't receive an email confirmation or any further communication. Called the phone number and the gentleman informed me there had been some website issues, they would check and call back. As it happened, my order arrived and I was about to call them back to inform them when they called me to say my order should arrive that day. Both people I spoke to were friendly and professional. The earrings were perfect. My mum was very happy with her birthday gift. I have had jewellery from them when I have visited the store in person too. A very interesting little shop where you can see some of the jet being prepared. The staff are very knowledgeable and seem to be a big part of the whitby community.

The service I received on line and previously in the shop has been excellent. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable and any request is treated with care and efficiency.
