The best hot sauces in the world!
I’ve been buying these online for years after randomly finding the sriracha one in a health food store. My favourites are the preserved lemons and the lemon hot sauce but I’ve tried them all and they are all very delicious! Apart from the amazing taste they are vegan, full of good gut bacteria and don’t contain any rubbish so you can happily pour a generous amount over everything! The reason I was prompted to write a review today was that there was a small issue with my order being delayed ( not the fault of the company) and the customer service response was immediate, unprompted and excellent. Thats not something I get to say very often on Trustpilot so I’m really happy to be writing a glowing review for a change. If you enjoy hot sauce then give these guys a go, you won’t be disappointed 🌶️

Although the saurkraut was delicious, the kimchi had gone off as it was very fizzy and the veg at the top had gone dark and slimy. I asked for replacements which they did send, but they too had also over fermented and were fizzy and inedible. Reluctant to order again.

Nonexistent customer service. No response from them when something goes wrong. They have a responsibility as sellers of a food item to reply when there’s a concern. The lids on the jars I received were distended and contents under pressure to the point where a volcano of kimchi sprayed the walls 8 feet away. Company was notified through all available channels that there was concern regarding safe consumption.
No response.
They’ve lost a loyal customer. There are plenty of other good kimchis out there.

The jalapeno and lime hot sauce is superb on my burrito bowls!! Just ordered the fermented hot sauce discovery box - can’t wait to try!! Highly recommend

I have been an avid fan of Eaten Alive since the brand launched, and have tasted everything they've made - including all the limited editions and seasonal specials. I'm especially a fan of their chilli sauces and love how each one has such a distinct flavour profile. Bravo EA - keep up the great work!

Suculuent Kimchi, great customer service

So delicious and really good for you. No nasty ingredients. My favourite is the classic kim chi. I buy 1 jar/ week.

Excellent quality fermented products combined with excellent customer service

The products are great. No issue there but this is the 3rd time have placed and order and item have not been icluded. Very basic customer service that they can't seem to sort out.

BEST KIMCHI EVER

My order arrived warm and when I told them about it they basically told me it was fine. It isn’t fine. Warm temps speed up fermentation and means I’ve wasted my money.

In love with their products personal favourites are the smoky pink kraut and the classic kimchi. They almost instantly help my nausea after eating and taste amazing.

A day after my original review I was contacted by Eaten Alive and offered not only the original jar I ordered but also a couple of freebies. While I'd still fault them for not responding to the channels of communication they'd established, I could have tried harder to contact them by email, and their response since becoming aware of the problem has been exemplary.

As for the kimchi I ordered, it's delicious, exactly what I was looking for. 5/5 for the product itself, 4/5 for the overall experience.

Ordered on their online shop a single jar of their kimchi. Got a delivery email but the kimchi was never handed to the courier according to the tracking. Tried to contact their customer support via the online chat system but never got a response.
