Unhappy Buyer

I purchased an adorable cross-stitch pattern however there were no directions on when to use what stitch where. I emailed the company asking for instructions but was directed to website which didn’t have the instructions either. Very frustrating will not buy again from this site because of that experience.

Very Disappointed

2 Separate orders were placed for large canvas paintings. Packaging on both were good but the canvas inside were horrible with air bubbles that were impossible to fix. A replacement was sent for one of the items but unfortunately, this one also contained tons of air bubbles and creases. All 3 items were double sided adhesive. For the amount of money spent on these, I wish they had been poured glue canvases.

Customer service pleases customers

I ordered a 5 panel diamond painting and when I started on the first panel, I realized I could not make out most of the symbols. I contacted customer service. They sent me an email showing the entire painting with the symbols. It was also impossible to read since it was too large of a file. I contacted customer service again and received 5 new panels with very readable symbols!!!

My order didn't include enough dots in…

My order didn't include enough dots in some packs ! Also some were bent and or not sticky in parts so dots wouldnt stay on ! Some were also broken !

A year late, and 70 dollars short...

I don't know why this question was sent to me over a year after the disaster of a purchase I made. Where I had several interactions with "customer service" people via messenger. I believe you're a disreputable company, with dishonest practices and false(photoshopped) display images. I have never been so wholly disappointed as well as offended by any purchase I have ever made anywhere.
If I could have given Easy Whim negative stars, I would have gladly. I take every chance I get to tell/show people why they absolutely should never trust or make purchases from Easy Whim.

The estimated time of shipping and…

The estimated time of shipping and arrival was not noted at the time of purchase/check out. A three week time frame to receive my order is also completely unacceptable. An immediate cancellation of my order once finding all of this out would have incurred a gateway fee/charge in an undisclosed amount. This is also an unacceptable way to conduct business. I will not be ordering any further items from this company. I will not be recommending this company to any of my crafting groups!
