I dont care for the bubbles and rivers. However your customer service is good.Also think some of the extras in the subscription are cheap,not good qualiity on some.

Excellent customer service

I was disappointed in the quality (or lack thereof) in the canvas I ordered. After contacting customer service I was very impressed with the speed of the response and the immediate offer to send a replacement. I haven't received my replacement yet but it has been shipped. I am very impressed with the customer service.

It's been a month I have not received my order.

I ordered a light box for my son on October 31st and the payment processed on November 1st. who's doing a portfolio program and he really needs it. On November 15th I emailed customer service letting them know what I ordered and when--that I never got an email confirming the purchase or a tracking number, but that the payment had processed per my credit card statement. Stephanie emailed back with a tracking number letting me know it had been delivered but when I clicked on the link, it showed it had been delivered to an address in California and I live in Portland, Oregon. So I emailed her back letting her know this and she apologized and let me know that it would be being shipped out in the next 2-3 days. That email was sent on November 20th. It is now November 30th, a month from when I originally made my purchase and I still have not received it.
