not a probelm with Easy Whim, probelm is I have four or five orders that are shipped but no eta available. It keeps saying waiting for information..

I’ve enjoyed everything I get in my kit…

I’ve enjoyed everything I get in my kit but I would like to get some Diamond Art Rhinestones and beads work every month in my Diamond Art Painting club . And maybe three or four Diamond Art Painting like eagles on a motorcycle and paintings of 911 flag and boots

All of what I ordered with Easywhim are nice and good. But a lot of the items are missing. And unfortunately it takes way to much time to receive.

Your produces are great but I wish if they are say for Valentines Day that the box would come in January so that we can get them done in time to use them one Valentine Day esp. if we have to send them out of state.

Lovely Mice DIY Felt Kit

I bought a DIY kit and was provided with a QR code to watch a video to learn how to make the item, however; there was no video for the item I purchased. I reached out to customer service (Steph) and she said she would check on it. After waiting one week with no response, I messaged back. Then finally, two days later I finally received this message:

Sorry for the delayed response. Here's a tutorial video: link. It's not the exact one but the way to do it is similar.

How is that helpful? It's not. I will not be purchasing from this site again.

Loved it just a few issues

I mainly bought through this company bc I seen a TikTok video where they had the strips you pulled off to expose only small section at a time mine didn’t have that and also a lot of the wrong colors ended up in the diamond bags but I still loved it and will be ordering again so definitely a 9/10 from me

Your products are great and I love…

Your products are great and I love them, my only issue is that it takes so long to receive my orders, my current order was made on February 6 it is now February 20 and my order has not even been shipped yet, why does it always take more than a month to even ship then another week or 2 to get to me.

Shipping

I was qualified for free shipping and at the end I was disqualified and had to pay. Granted it was only $2.99, but it’s the point.

Disgruntled customer

I originally ordered in November and didn’t get till January after having to have it reordered. But the monthly box was on time. I was sent an email offering me the gold box free so I went for it and am now being told the only way I get it is to pay. You guys sent me the email n even the confirmation that it was on its way and now no. It was your mistake and I must pay for it. I will not be renewing my monthly box and some of my friends who saw the email will also be letting their membership go. It seems your more membership box oriented.

As advised there was an error in our system which added the unpaid for product to your original order. Unfortunately in these situations we won't be able to send the product as it's not free. The shipping confirmation was for the order which contained your other products.
