not complete

Took FOREVER to get here and when it did, I was missing two different bags of "diamonds". Guess they are on the way, but not here yet.

I'd love to change my rating for you, but still don't have replacement diamonds that were missing from my kit.

Got my missing diamonds today (5/12/22), and while I am thankful they came at all, this, too, took over a month to receive. I know they cannot control the USPS, but I will try to keep in mind to try and order within the country so as not to be left waiting. Thank you for sending them.

Got pretty much duplicate paintings …

I have gotten my 2nd box now and the crafts I love, each one is unique and fun. The paintings however, I am disappointed in. Two boxes same kind of diamond paintings. Almost like duplicates. Had to reach out twice now to customer service about the issue. So far, NOT very satisfied with the company or the kits. I will more than likely cancel.

My package set in IL

My package set in IL. For a couple weeks now. And yesterday it says it's in CA.?? I'm pretty sure it's not your company but you gotta do something about how they are shipped out.. I'm give it 1 more try and if next one takes this long I'll be canceling my club.

EW Quality is Slipping

EW really has gone out of their way to ensure the service is still superior to anything I've received to date. I appreciate their approach to feedback and willingness to resolve outstanding issues. And - I still look forward to receiving my subscription box from them every month.

I used to give EW 5 stars and highly recommend them to everyone. However, shipping has become extremely slow - on subscriptions sometimes one month is still in transit when a new month's order is filled. Also, quality of drills is beginning to suffer. I'm seeing more drills that should never have passed QC (not just one or two- but whole lot colors).

Overall, the customer service is still quite friendly though it is also terribly slow to respond. If it weren't for the fact that the canvas and adhesive were of superior quality, I would say a customer would do just as well purchasing on Amazon and skip the wait and the hassle.

I love the boxes

I love the boxes! They're so full of surprises. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Stephany responded quickly to my dilemma and resolved it just as fast.
I highly recommend Easy Whim to everyone.

The kit looks amazing!

The kit looks amazing! I had an issue with the drill tray and they have responded and plan to send another one. I would LOVE to have a paper copy of the number, symbol, DMC information included with the kit. Also email updates on when things might arrive would be nice.

The diamond painting looked amazing…

The diamond painting looked amazing when I got it. I am so excited to get started on it. It’s great therapy. The only reason that it didn’t get 5 stars is that I had zero communication about tracking. They gave me confirmation and a tracking number that gave me no updates at all for over a month and a half. I emailed and still didn’t get any updates so I was a little worried but it did come eventually.
