Sent email to Zoopla on Sunday requesting viewing on Tuesday at 10.30 of a property in Fairbourne.
By 9.15am Tuesday had not heard a word so phoned up Easyproperty. The email had been responded to and I would probably find it in the junk folder - it wasn't there. Agreed to change viewing to Wednesday at 10.30 as it was a bit late for Tuesday.
By 16.30 on Tuesday I had no confirmation of booking so sent an email to confirm Wednesday was on.
Reply came back 'The viewing has been accepted by the local agent'.
Turned up before 10.30am on Wednesday waited till 11.00 but agent did not show.
There has been no contact with anybody concerning the viewing to say sorry or to cancel it.
Properties in Fairbourne are extremely hard to sell and I feel so sorry that the vendors are being treated so badly.
It would probably have been of some interest if we could have looked round - might try again next year
Following the above on Friday it seems they have sent a reply to the wrong email using Tim Downing having stated they have sent a reply to Tomothy Dowding using email address supplied. I am still waiting for a sensible response - you have my correct email!

Acting as executor for a landlord who died - family member. Tenants leaving. Have been trying to get info from easyProperty on agreeing release of deposit for 3 weeks - 5 emails, 5 calls, 4 reassurances that messages have been passed on. NOT ONE SINGLE REPLY. The WORST.

EasyProperty have been fantastic from start to finish. The online system is user friendly and easy to use. The staff are professional, knowledgable and nothing is ever too much trouble. Easy property were brilliant. They had my house on the market for 2 weeks and my property sold for over my asking price. Dave the sales rep was fantastic. I was kept informed all the way through. I highly recommend easy property.

I can only comment on our service from toni griffiths our agent in gloucester, but she has been an absolute godsend through our sale of two properties and purchase of another in wales. Very knowledgeable about all areas of buying and selling and always ready to help with the countless problems we faced with solicitors and mortgages etc. And WAY cheaper than a high street shop. Cannot recomend her enough.

very easy to follow instructions. Changed appointments more than once no problem.Once we made the offer and got a reply it had only taken 3 days so very pleased. Carol James

So easyproperty, warrington representative who I can't name as they've reported me..is chosen to market our house. We pay £300 up front for photos /video and floor plan. When we were ready the agent and a photographer (who he bigged up told me he would professionally edit they'd be amazing) came to do hurried pictures. We left to go on holiday as we had arranged supervised viewings. The ad went live on Monday 15th July. Despite us not agreeing on the house price the agent said we were wrong it was definitely worth the price. We trusted him.
Anyway ad goes live pictures are really not very good and I'm being kind. No floor plan or dimensions description is poor.
I ask can he edit and get the floor plan on. He says no need to add dimensions the floor plan will sort that..ok
Floor plan doesn't go on for weeks I'm asking him daily. He's offered to change the photos..give us premium listing. He's going to sack his photographer..
Floor plan goes on. It's not our house! It's really shocking just so many errors I can't count. I tell him. He will sort it come back tomorrow to redo (he admitted he didn't have the software to do this the week before) but he never comes. He will sort premium listing by Monday to compensate. I suggest he lowers the house price and he blames me says it was my choice to do that price!
After I ask on fbook does anyone know a good estate agent he changes the ad and says he will call Saturday to see me and remeasure.
He tells us all about a couple who are selling with him. They want to see our house. Anyway I've spoken to this couple after sacking him. He told me they had no time to view and they were told another story. I really believe he was just hoping they will sell and buy ours.

And my neighbour is also using easyproperty on my recommendation 😳 His floorplan is completely wrong too!

I'm still awaiting my refund I was promised Saturday. Be warned. Ive called head office and im now taking it to the MD. We have wasted a month waiting on him actually marketing our house!
Our house is flat fronted...no fire place..etc. Anyone who knows our house will get it.

I would definitely recommend Easy Property. Jess was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. It’s easy to use the dashboard and it’s instant so you always know what’s happening.

Ian was amazing; the easy process is amazing; we knew Of Ian from a number of recommendations from friends and family and couldn’t believe if it was true and how easy it was; and is; We saw Ian also on S4C show AR WERTH and we decided to give Ian a chance - we will be instructing Ian to sell our home and we know it will be in excellent hands - selling your home with Ian is very easy and yet professional, we hated change from being and using the high street but Ian dose both at excellent costs and savings can’t believe our luck

When i called Ian I was within the first call caught by Ian’s energy drive and Professionalism; bought and sold many houses over the years and this to me was the easiest simplest professional way of selling my home; we asked Purplebricks and they had 2 weeks delay and there person was not local - Ian dropped all cake to value our home; sold us easy and sold him and we are glued and thankful to Ian for putting our home on the market - if you want a no nonsense professional credited amazing advert and pictures and a brochure that reads like a story then Ian is the man - as Ian said to us it easy and customers do come first with Ian wish I had known Ian many years ago he would have saved me a fortune; but to be honest we would had paid him more he is amazing and we are so happy with him so Diolch

The staff at easy property have been very courteous and professional at all times during the process.
