Meineke hooked me up with this delightful loan. Then promptly ruined my car. I have argued for two days about missing the end of cap. I spread the final payment o er 3 forms of payment. They stated my payment still pending ..they wont close my loan. I am beyond furious
These people are nuts with charging ridiculously high APR%...they are so greedy to get more than what you owe. Horrible business!
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!
Had to give it one star as that’s the lowest I could give !!
I had one of the worst experiences imaginable dealing with them. The car was delivered to my address in a completely unacceptable condition — the seat belt wasn’t even working, and warning lights came on immediately. It was clear from the moment it arrived that the vehicle had serious issues and should never have been sold in that state.
The situation became so bad that my finance company had to step in, and it was escalated to the Financial Ombudsman. Even they were shocked at how this company operates, which says a lot.
This has been stressful, time-consuming, and completely unnecessary. I would strongly warn anyone considering using this company to think again. There is a serious lack of care, responsibility, and basic safety standards here.
I have seen your reply. And I haven’t even got the energy to reply. Because quite frankly that’s how you treat your customers. Promise the world but in the grand scheme of things you can’t even answer the phone or you fill your customers with complete lies saying it will be fixed within a week.
My car wasn’t collected for nearly 4 months. And even then you guys didn’t collect it or try and do anything about it. My finance company and the obusmen did!!!
Please don’t waste your money, or time. You will be sold a dream they can’t live up too

I paid off my loan already (and on time to prevent the interest). I called and confirmed that it was paid off, though the website still shows a balance two months later. The representative told me not to worry about. Today, I got an email saying that my next payment didn't go through! Ridiculous. I tried the customer call back number and the call fails every time I try it. This company is a complete joke.

Is a total scam. They have hidden taxes fees that you are never told about at the time of purchasing. Worst leasing company i have ever used. They are thieves with license.

If you have a credit card, just use that. There's absolutely no reason to use this service if you have a credit card, because the interest rate is much higher on difficultafpay...oh i mean "easy"pay and this company is a scam just to make money off of you. They are taking advantage of desperate people.

Pretty much the same as everyone else, dont use or trust them. Such a slap to the face when your half way done paying it off then go back to the original pricing of what you originally started paying and actually more then what you were paying. Ready to blow a fuse. F your company and your F'n interest rate. When I'm done, I would never refer your company to anyone.

I came into Jiffy Lube because earlier that day I accidentally pushed down on the the gas pedal while in park and a few minutes later the exhaust/muffler had black smoke come out..went inside work and would deal with it as I left work…smoke wasn’t that dark this time, and my mechanic was on vacation so panic set in and there was nowhere near but Jiffy…I asked of why my muffler was having black smoke…they at Jiffy Lube couldn’t come up with an exact reason as to why the black smoke seemed to have subsided while they looked at my car so instead of having me go on my way…all of a sudden now I need Two Back Tires (even after I said that I had a tire store that I went to and Jay was a good salesperson to insist that I should get them there at Jiffy Lube) and the next day I unfortunately found out that I needed Calibers after my brakes went out on the road while I was driving….YEP I had to veer into Lowe’s parking lot and to hit a speed bump in order to slow down to a stop and to where Jay told me to drive there so they can check it out…I refused of course then he had his brake specialist drive his van to the Lowe’s Parking lot and we switched vehicles (I drove the mechanics vehicles she drove mine back to Jiffy Lube).
With all of the car repair costs came to $2280 and some change…which I just found out that technically it came to just a little over $5,000 for Rental (as Bruce from Easy Pay Leasing stated…) more than my 2014 Kia Soul is even worth!!!
So I asked him “basically I’m renting brakes, pads, calibers, and two back tires…at an ending amount of just over $5,000.00?…he then said yes, but if I wanted to pay off the balance that they can give me a 20% off price if I agreed to pay off the balance now.
I say all of this, because companies know that you’re either trying to build your credit or keep your credit stable and they prey on people’s panic like when their vehicles need repair.
My advice is for you to read the fine print out of all of the pages and do NOT let a salesperson of any establishment rush or guide you in believing that this Easy Pay Leasing is the best way…I’ve paid 15 payments twice a month (every two weeks except the month of October 2025 which had three 2 week payments)of 160.99 (original $150.99, but of course there is a fee to that also)…I have 15 more payments to go even though I’ve paid for the repairs and labor…now I’m paying for the “Rental” of New Brakes, Pads, Calibers, and Two Back Tires…just be careful.

Everything about this company is a scam, after applying for a loan I was told I would have to pay a 139 dollar application fee and they added a massive amount of fees that more than doubled the original loan I applied for. Avoid this company at all costs, a small personal loan is a much better choice.
I used this service because I needed a catalytic converter on my Camaro, and it would cost me almost $3,000 at the time. Initially, it seemed like a good deal to use the company because you had 90 days to pay it off without interest, but I soon found out that wasn't the case. First off, they start charging you before you actually make your first payment. So your 90-day period does not start with your first payment; it starts at the time of service. Also, I was overpaying so that I wouldn't have to pay interest, and one time they moved one of my payments. They did this because they said I paid more than what was due, so it covered the next payment. No, they just want to catch you up. So you end up paying more in the end. I would not recommend them.

Their call center is unprofessional and has an attitude. Avoid at all costs. It has not been worth the trouble.

If I can give this company a triple negative review I would pick it !! I was on a hardship to get my car repaired .. was approved for $4k used $3k for my repairs - tell me why I owe $7k ! They masked their interest to leases to dodge illegal interest rates per state laws .. I paid $4k already and that’s right I’m getting charged over 200% interest charges ! Please review this company before making any type of loans with them - apps don’t work - customer service is sketchy they won’t tell you any details over the phone constantly getting cut in and out so you can’t have a regular CLEAR conversation. There is a class action lawsuit already occurred in TEXAS -CALIFORNIA and WASHINGTON DC I'm about to report them to the FBI so they can look into this company and how they are robbing us citizens .. continue reporting them to your state attorney general - FCC - FTC - to the consumer protection agencies- BBB .. EASY PAY LENDING STOP ROBBING CITIZENS!!

Do not do business with them. They are scammers!! I'm so HAPPY that I didn't use their service. Especially, now after reading the reviews. Which I usually do first when it comes to spending my money. However, I was going to use them, which caused me to pay a processing fee of $39. However, I didn't need the service after finding another option. I then requested a refund for said amount but never got it. I was told by Maria, a supervisor, that the refund was processed on 10/22/25 and that it showed on their end that I'd received it. Which was a lie. I told her that I was looking at my bank statement as we spoke and the payment wasn't there. Well, she insisted that it was. So, I called my bank and they verified with me that there was not deposit made to my account from them between Oct. 22nd til now. So, my bank has filed a claim against them and has credited my account for the refund. Therefore, they're going to have to pay the money back to th bank. While they thought that they'd gotten over, I'm the one who's going to have the last laugh. Just shady and money hungry!!🤬

Fees and interest is stupid crazy high, you end up paying quadruple of the original amount. Every time I call they don't know what they are doing, I get different answers

Reply from EasyPay Finance
Do not borrow from them, they tell you interest free for 3 months, but they do not tell you they take out taxes on your monthly payment plus when you pay it off within the three months, they charge you taxes on the balance ... So, within the three months payoff I paid extra 392. 00.. Big time rip off

WARNING – Easy Pay Leasing Is a Complete Scam!
I regret ever doing business with Easy Pay Leasing. On October 31st, I made a $600 payment. When I called in November to check my balance, the representative told me I had another payment due on November 7th. I explained I had just paid on October 31st, but decided to pay again anyway to stay ahead.
On November 5th, I called back and made another payment of $1,100 over the phone. Then the representative had the nerve to tell me I had yet another payment due that Friday, November 7th! I told her I had already made multiple payments—including two that week—and this made no sense.
Later, I checked my account and saw they actually withdrew $1,177 instead of $1,100. When I called to ask about the difference, they said it was a fee—a fee that was never mentioned during the payment call.
To make matters worse, one representative told me my balance was $778, then another said it was $833.16. Their numbers are all over the place. Every time you call, you get a different story. Their website and system have been down for weeks, so you can’t even check your own balance—you have to rely on what they “calculate” while putting you on hold.
If I don’t pay off my balance by the 19th, my $5,000 loan will supposedly jump to $9,985. That’s outrageous. I plan to pay this off on the 10th just to be done with them.
Do yourself a favor: stay far away from this company. They are unorganized, misleading, and predatory. If you think you’re struggling financially now, Easy Pay Leasing will make sure you stay broke. RUN—don’t walk—away from them.
Zero stars

Very unhappy customer
And oh I’m now trapped for 18 months
Easy pay Leasing is a fraud and they do business with Fraudulent companies like Alpha Appliance Outlet in BVL Kissimmee who fraudulent signed my contract and charged me $1500 for a Whirlpool washing machine which cost $700 and they also financed a laptop from another business for $1100 when the price was $699. Please, please do not finance with Easypay leasing they are a high rate finance company who doesn’t care about consumer protection.

Got mycar repaired for around $860 and had been making auto payments of $71 and a $100 manual payment, only to find out that not even that was enough to pay it off, so I was charged another $980 after the 90 days. Double the amount and I called and all they talked about was the agreement, but why are they autodrafting lower amounts than will suffice on purpose? A loan shark company, stay away from them if you can.
