Extremely bad "employer" very incompetent "branch manager so called in Blankenberge from October 2025 till present, AVOID Easylife both as client and worker-toxic , disrespectful and poor service

Till June 2025 was fine From October 2025,office consulent Alexandra with her intrigues and total incompetence made good housekeepers to leave firm. Also clients they lost and they keep her. Ha-ha , good for them! With their arrogant attitude they will be soon out of business. They don't pay contracted hrs trough manipulations , if course they don't have clients -being arrogant and non-competent pays off. Avoid it as client-tour can find many other more cheaper firms in Blankenberge and for housekeepers avoid as employer. I worked 1year and 3months and they treated me very bad and I don't have no 1day being sick . Of course , I moved on , but this firm is total waist of time.

Dont work for these people they are not…

Dont work for these people they are not good to their employees they use tactics to steal money youre entitled to.in july 2025 i had an operation and was at home for two weeks they refused to pay my sick leave because they sent a wack doctor to come check on me who claims i was not at home meanwhile ive been home the whole week.At first i thought maybe my doorbell wasnt working but i checked and it worked perfectly.Just because they want a reason to deny me my right they didnt even accept to schedule another visit,if you truly want to confirm i am unable to work,another visit wouldnt be a problem and till now they never paid me..and mind you theyve done this to me long ago as well when i had covid.its the second time theyre doing this.Shame on you easylife.i would definitely give a -1 point if i could.

As a worker

As a worker, this was the worst experience I've ever had.
I started to work with this company in blankenberge just because of the beautiful promises, like we give you work only in your area- in case you had to use the public transport we refund everything- we don't care about nacionality or color or anything else we are all like 1 family... but it was all fake promises. Once I took the tram and I had to run for 30min to arrive at time even when I said I just moved here and I don't know the area, when I said I'm not satisfied I will find another job I became and enemy so she gives me my schedule and when I went to work the costumer says that they received email saying that I'm banned from work it happens twice so the first costumer refused to let me in and I don't blame him but the second costumer says you are here now so just start your work. And I ended up with less money, she didn't give me all my salary.

Horrible service

Horrible service. They don’t notify you when the cleaners don’t come to your house, they don’t send replacement. Horrible costumer service and poor management. Also they send the administration bills even when they do not perform the job. Avoid as much as possible, there are many good cleaning companies available.

Scandalous. Worst customer experience one can have.

Terrible experience with EasyLife. Absolutely do not recommend.

We got assigned two cleaning assistants from EasyLife. The first one, O., hardly did anything in our house. Even with just a few pieces of furniture present, they were not dusted, not cleaned. Until today, we are still not sure what she actually did in our house?

We were then assigned a second cleaning assistant, G. The first time G. came, he arrived more than an hour late and blamed EasyLife, while EasyLife blamed him. The second time, he took his time to eat his lunch at the same table where I was attending an online meeting.
After this second time, he contacted me via WhatsApp asking if he could start at 8 a.m. instead of noon. I told him this was not possible for us.

A few days later, on a Tuesday afternoon after 2 p.m. (!!), EasyLife called me. They asked if G. could come at 8 a.m. the next day instead of 12 p.m., as originally agreed. I informed them that I had already discussed this with G. and that I had already told him this was not possible for us. EasyLife then insisted strongly and rescheduled him for the following Monday at 8 a.m. After discussing this with my partner, we decided to immediately terminate our arrangement with EasyLife. I informed them that G. no longer needed to come clean at our house, as we were both dissatisfied with his work, with their services as a whole, and found the whole situation uncomfortable. (I called EasyLife with this information 15min after they had contacted me).

EasyLife then continued to insist (via email, not via phone) that their cleaning assistant should come one more time. We had to repeat three times that we did not want this. Despite this, we received a bill via Pluxee because EasyLife claimed we cancelled too late (even though they are the ones that reached out to us less than 24 hours before G. was originally scheduled to come clean at ours, with a request from their side to change this planning which we said 'no' to!!). After contesting their request for payment several times, we now received an email months later with an invoice for ‘damages’ which is double the original amount.

We honestly are disgusted by this whole situation. Very unfriendly and far from customer-oriented. EasyLife showed at no point interest in actually talking to us, or more importantly, in improving their service after they sent us twice in a row incapable and unprofessional cleaning assistants.
Our contact person at EasyLife responded always in a short, rude and pedantic manner via email.
Very disappointed with the entire customer experience at EasyLife and would absolutely not recommend them. This was one of the worst experiences we have ever had. On top of that, it is utterly frustrating that you (as a paying customer) have the option to dispute a service, but are ultimately powerless.

Fortunately, we now have a cleaning assistant we are very happy with (obviously none of their employees). The problem clearly lies with EasyLife, who apparently do not care at all about their customers.

No respect for the customer

- intrusive sms + newsletters
- No way to join them by phone
- they change your employe without any warning, even if you tell them you are very satisfied with her, and you have no clue about why.
- Very arrogant desk people talking to you like you are piece of ....
- They charge you 4 weeks when you stop their service, even if you tell them you have lost your job.
If you want a human service, don't deal with them.

We've had a horrible experience with…

We've had a horrible experience with their service. Our house wasn't clean at all. Some items were damaged during cleaning. Their customer service is horrendous. they never answer when trying to call. We've tried to end the agreement multiple times but they just keep charging us.

Don't let yourself be fooled - they definitely don't make "easy life"

I recently signed a contract with their agency in Dilbeek. Everything was settled, I took a day off to welcome the cleaning person, but she never showed up. I called the agency to ask if someone would eventually be coming, but they didn't know what had happened and promised to call me back. As you can guess, nobody got back to me. I tried to call them a few times but obviously nobody responded. How come that an agency with such an attitude to clients still exists on the market? I see from the previous comments that I'm not the only one complaining. Don't waste your time for this very unprofessional service. There are plenty of other agencies nearby that I'm sure are worth trying. Really worst experience ever!
