Did not work, AC still doesn't work after using the kit.
Yes, I have connected the lead to the correct valve. I am an automotive engineer with diplomas from GER and US. So, I guess I know what I am doing. Thank you!

Please provide more information as to why the solution did not work, were you able to connect the wire? Did you choose the right gas? Was the gas in the can? Did the air conditioning refill help at least for a while or did it not work right away? We would like to offer a solution to the situation, to your satisfaction.

I accidentaly had my old address when…
I accidentaly had my old address when ordered. My mistake, but noticed on the day of order. I therefore directly created a ticket via BOT (69/2024).
It was told i get a reply in the next 24h but that hasnt happened. I now tried to redirect the parcel that isnt possible so its getting back to you.
Can it be send back to the correct address please?
